I would like to indicate that the racist comment was written by an impostor who took advantage of my absence to insult the name of Catholic Trotskyism. This person was never in my party, and is banned for life from ever entering the Catholic Trotskyist Party. I hope that most of this site’s readers, knowing my support for Malik Rahim and Barack Obama and for world peace and unity in general, knew that that racist comment was against Catholic Trotskyism. I am even more angry than when the Protestant Stalinist Party attempted to destroy Catholic Trotskyism. Roland Burris is not a great candidate, but he should be allowed to be seated to finish Obama’s term.
And Sunshine, the founding fathers were mostly a bunch of fucking war-criminal slaveholding terrorists and the British should have captured and sentenced them to prison immediately. Obama was born in Hawaii, his mother could have never traveled to Kenya and back in that time, and even if he was born in Kenya, that’s a good thing because we need someone who may not be loyal to America for a change, and instead will implement the New World Order and destroy capitalism forever, amen.

Well, it’s a question that needs context i guess. Maybe I don’t consider ANY of the Senators legitimate. Then I would say NO.
However, If we consider the Senate itself legit and the process used, then I don’t see any other answer than Yes. Burris is eligible. There is no evidence he bought a seat,etc. And I doubt he is any better or worse than most of the other 100 guys.
