More than 168 candidates seeking the Libertarian nomination in 2014!
Dear Texas Libertarian,
Monday was the deadline for prospective candidates to submit their paperwork to us.
We are pleased and proud to announce that more than 168 candidates will be seeking the Libertarian nomination in Texas in 2014!
This number will grow as county chairs inform us of local candidates who are running and who are not required to submit paperwork to the state party.

As they seek the Libertarian nomination, candidates will be going through the convention process this spring, concluding with our state convention in Temple, TX, on April 11-13.
LP Texas has a history of putting an extraordinary number of Libertarian candidates on the ballot across the state. We lead the way for other LP state affiliates and are proud to do so yet again as we prepare for 2014.
None of this would be possible without the help of our many supporters and volunteers around the state and, of course, the candidates themselves. Many thanks to the entire LP Texas team who pitched in to make our candidate recruitment drive such a success.
