Note from author:  I’m continuing to post information about the Oregon lawsuit in the interest of transparency and continuity. IPR has been covering the dispute from its beginning in the spring of 2011, and it makes sense to me to continue the record as information is released. There are now well over 50 articles, and the reader interested in the history can do a search for “Oregon Libertarian Party” in the search box.–Jill Pyeatt

It’s a false rumor. Joe Paterno is not a pedophile, and he’s not in the LP either.

I also heard there’s a pedophile on the board in PA (NOT Tom Stevens). Will they deal with that next?

    Oh, I’m sure!

I have a feeling we haven’t heard the last of Nevada, also.

PA is definitely the hot spot right now, but Oregon remains a simmering volcano.

Not exactly. Although depositions are a time to attempt to authenticate documents so they can be submitted as evidence … not all of these documents have been entered into evidence. Some of them are repeats of documents associated with our MSJ … but the numbers won’t match.

Are the exhibits mentioned in the deposition posted someplace?

Sorry Jill, looks like Oregon gets no comment love anymore with all the problems in Pennsylvania and, to a lesser extent, Nevada.
