THE CHARLES RANGEL SLAVERY BILL:
Darrell Castle, the Constitution Party’s 2008 vice presidential nominee, talks about H.R. 748 introduced in the U.S. Congress to reinstitute forced service for all persons 18-25 years old.

    While even Darrell Castle agrees that this bill’s chance of passage “is close to zero” it is still annoying that it does not get mentioned in the mainstream media. I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised given the bill’s author and the prevailing media bias but nonetheless I still find it annoying.

    I’ve seen him asked why. He makes an argument for his position. He believes it helps integrate the races and classes by giving them a shared experience and helps discipline young people. In a nutshell.

    Strange. I thought I remembered him opposing the draft some 40 years ago just because he believed it to be racist and applied unfairly against minorities.
