Russell Means, R.I.P.

Native American activist Russell Means, who challenged Ron Paul for the Libertarian Party nomination in 1988, has passed away. May he R.I.P.

    I was getting to post an article about his passing, but Red beat me to it. I’m pleased to see so many people recognize that Means was a great friend to our movement.

    This is a sad thing. I didn’t like Means politics all that much, but his integrity can’t be doubted.

    The Daily Paul article links to an obituary in the Los Angeles Times, which is excellent. It’s a sad day for liberty lovers.
