The Macon Telegraph ran an article today discussing efforts in the Georgia Legislature to decrease the state’s onerous ballot access requirements. The article is actually not bad and quotes Richard Winger and Garland Favorito, both known to this site. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like any legislation to decrease the petition requirements will pass this year.
