The Political Group is stepping down from the RJ Harris Campaign. We
have led the campaign from many fronts and are now stepping down
because of our disagreement with the campaign’s strategy moving
forward. We appreciate the competition your campaigns presented and
hope the best for everyone involved. 2012 will be a very special year
for Libertarians. If you have any questions please contact us.

We do currently have complete details of Libertarian Donors,
Delegates, State LP Leadership (Emails & Phones), Polling Data
(Delegates), Mailing Lists & Phone Lists (Libertarian National & State
Donors, Ron Paul Donors and various PAC Info), Voter Data & History
for all 50 states, and winning strategies yet to have been utilized
with the RJ Harris Campaign.

Perhaps because of this, the Harris campaign website has a new look now.

Also, Carl Person, having dismissed former campaign manager Tom Stevens, now has a new campaign manager, Chris Doscher. The website does not have content available right now, just a splash screen. In IPR comments, Chris Doscher writes

Paulie–We’re about to put up the new site, and took the last one down in anticipation of that.

I have sent RJ Harris a contribution. I a not saying I am going to vote for him but so far I like what I see and what I hear. The only thing I do not like is his comment that he is running for President and also supporting Ron Paul. That does not make much sense. But I digress . . .

@1 If RJH pledges to remove his name from the Nov ballot if Ron Paul gets the GOP line, that may be the only advantage he has in the race, (assuming Johnson would not make the same pledge).

Sorry, but the pooch is already screwed – it’s too late to unscrew it, as it were.

Look, we can make these cracks until the cows come home, but basically that dog won’t hunt is what it comes down to.
