Bullying ‘friends’ to donate money is an undignified action. Appealing to your friends for support with respect and gratitude may help with their perception of your ideals. In Australia, supporters of Cannabis are watching the continuous debate on law reform very closely. Lack of unity and reluctance to risk personal freedoms are the main obstacles for a concerted effort to effect change. Choosing which faction to support from a plethora of entities, makes it unnecessarily difficult for the average Joe. The signatures you require to be on the 2012 Ballot will come from believers.
The troops who fought four our independence were so poor they had to share uniforms, coats and even boots when they went on duty. Those of us who helped write and pass Prop. 215 were all investigated, raided and charged with felonies. There are many hard luck stories, but only one solution. We need to repeal these horrible marijuana laws and in order to accomplish that, we need to raise millions of dollars to make that happen.
Why do you libertarians want to subsidize police protection for your weed? I don’t think my tax dollars should be used to find who stole your weed.
