Citizens Party: Robert Stark to Run for Congress in CA in 2014

Robert Stark, who is my Citizens Party source, is planning to run for Congress in California’s 30th District in 2014. The 30th is currently represented by Democrat Henry Waxman and appears to leanheavily Democrat (Obama 70.4% per Wikipedia).
