It shows that the CARB process ignored solid science that drew different conclusions. It gives a real world example of the coming destruction of small businesses,. Finally, it details UCLA’s shameful action of firing a tenured professor for providing a noninflammatory, detailed, scientific study debunking the core assumption driving these Draconian new laws.

TinFoilCap – Thanks for your excellent post. It pretty much describes and very well illustrates the lunatics that are working to destroy our nation. Of course it also describes, in varying degrees, the policy and political platforms of the Democrat and Green parties with other political groupings like ” moderate ” Republicans aiding them. Fortunately the Constitution Party, both nationally and in California, and the REAL American Independent Party in California, are working to stop these maniacs from the mass destruction which they are planning. I am surprised that Mr. Rider has posted this valuable information. My guess, which I would hope and presume now to be wrong, would be that the Libertarian Party has a very strong faction which is in total agreement with the above statements and that he would hence get a ton of grief from such supporters who would turn against him. Kudos to him for his truthfulness and courage.
