From Gary Odom:
One thing that was clearly demonstrated by the 2010 election campaign is that the Constitution Party is developing a number bona fide “stars” of its own. Whether they were first timers, like the remarkable Chelene Nightingale of California, or the indefatigable Bernie De Castro of Florida; those with some previous electoral experience, such as Utah’s Scott Bradley or Oregon’s marvelous Mary Starrett; or veteran campaigners like Nevada’s favorite daughter, Janine Hansen, the Constitution Party showed that it has a large and growing number first rate candidates, of whom these are but a small sampling, who not only do an outstanding job of representing the Constitution Party, but who are clearly ready for “Prime time.” Not the least of these is Robert Owens, of Ohio. Robert Owens ran an outstanding, dynamic and highly visible race for Attorney General of Ohio in 2010 securing many significant endorsements from citizens groups, including the Ohio Tea Party PAC. His campaign impressed politicos all across the country.
Owens is the Chairman of the Constitution Party of Ohio. He was instrumental in negotiating with the Secretary of State’s office to secure the Ohio CP’s ballot position status over the last couple of years while Buckeye State Legislature has dawdled over passing new ballot access laws in the wake of having previous ballot state access law struck down by the Federal courts. He is ably assisted in his political work by his wife, Teri Owens, the party’s state secretary, who is an outstanding political activist in her own right. Robert’s proudest achievement in 2010 was becoming a father to his son, Kessler Owens.
A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and Capitol University Law School, Robert operates a private law practice in Delaware, Ohio. Only 37 years old, Owens is building an impressive resume. He is already a highly respected spokesman for Americanist and Constitutionalist positions on the critical issues of the day. He was recently named to the prestigious National Council of the John Birch Society, a board where most of the members are nearly twice his age, demonstrating the great respect those leaders have for his abilities and accomplishments. In 2010, Owens was also appointed to a position on the National Executive Committee of the Constitution Party, by CP chairman, Jim Clymer.
Owen’s oratory skills were regularly on display in the 2010 Attorney General race where he spoke to large crowds all over Ohio and as he very skillfully contended with his Pachyderm and Donkey rivals during public candidate debates. Immediately after the election, he spoke at the Fall 2010 Constitution Party National Committee Meeting an had the audience on its feet cheering repeatedly. For many in attendance it was their first opportunity to meet Owens and her him speak. In Harrisburg, where Owens will join Sheriff Richard Mack, John McManus, Virgil Goode, Taylor Haynes and others on the speakers roster, the topic of his presentation will be:
“Saving the Nation One State at a Time:
Constitutional Solutions to Federal Overreaching”
You won’t want to miss it! Make your plans to be there NOW!

I would also like to request that the speeches get recorded, and uploaded to youtube soon thereafter. If not, could it be livestreamed?
Both would be good.
Gary can answer this better than me.
And I agree McManus is a great speaker.
I would also like to request that the speeches get recorded, and uploaded to youtube soon thereafter. If not, could it be livestreamed?
Red or whoever, is there any chance that these speeches will be videotaped and played anywhere? Even put up on youtube would be great. Would be great outreach for the CP!
I would like to hear all, but especially this guy Owens. McManus is excellent. Also would like to hear Virgil Goode’s speech.
I wish Virgil would enter the RP Presidential Race. When that failed come over and try to get the CP nom. He could “rattle” some cages if you know what I mean.-lol
I only included the top part of the newsletter about Robert because the rest was formatted in a way that was hard to cut and paste and contained information that has been posted here before.
Sorry for the confusion. I assumed that people would know what and where was being referred to.

James Carville once remarked that Pennsylvania is made up of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh with Alabama in between. Carville may have intended insult by this reference, but I take it as a compliment. While far too much government policy is shaped from the politics of the bookend cities, a substantial majority of central Pennsylvania adheres to the traditional values of Americana and would generally agree with the principles of the Constitution Party, even if not accepting the means of implementing them in public policy. I very much hope to see you in the capitol city of my home state in April.

“300 million Americans have 2 choices for president? Can you imagine having 2 colors to pick for your car? Red or Blue. No silver, or black w/ chrome rims. No racing yellow or hunter green. Nope – 2 colors, red or blue. The 2 party
system has failed us. Our corrupt corporate propaganda media has failed us. You cannot? give 300 million people 2 choices & expect change. They feign fighting on TV while they sleep together at night. We need a 3rd, 4th, 5th choice to fairly represent us” -shwantz2 on youtube
