Libertarian National Committee member Doug Craig sponsors contest for issue ads which can be used by different parties and candidates

I would like to sponsor a contest to make TV ads. These ads could be used by anyone or any party. I would like the first ad contest to be an anti war bring the toops home ad. I would like the ad to usable this cycle and the next if possible. The ad needs to be 30 sec. I will give the money for the prize money: $500 for 1st place, $200 for second and $100 for third. The producers agree to (allow the ads to be used) once they enter contest and ipr readers can vote. I would like to do this with 4 or 5 issues.
