According to Kristin Davis 2010,
EX MADAM , INDY CANDIDATE FOR GUV, SLAMS DEMS, GOP FOR ALL -WHITE MALE TICKETS
“tired middle-age white guy thinking from tired middle aged white guy politicians” says Davis
Kristin Davis, the former Manhattan Madam now running for Governor of New York on a libertarian agenda slams the Major political parties in New York for nominating all white male tickets.
“It’s a disgrace that none of the major parties have candidates with any racial or gender diversity” said Davis. “The Democrats and Republicans are running all white-all male candidates which do not represent the people who make up the state of New York. Their choices in candidates represent tired middle-aged white guy thinking by tired middle-aged white guys”.
“Where are the women, the Hispanics, the African -Americans and the gay people? said Davis.” We must reject their tired old thinking, legalize prostitution, pot and gambling to increase revenues and cut taxes.”
Davis is running for Governor on a pro-legalization of Marijuana, Prostitution gambling casinos and Gay Marriage platform. Davis is the only female candidate running for state office who is not in a contested party primary ,in the 2010 election and of American Indian ancestry. “I’m a two-fer” said Davis, ” a woman and person of color.”
The ballot access petition shows that the ballot label Davis is trying to qualify for the ballot is “Anti-Prohibition Party,” and, like her website, prominently features a marijuana theme. Previous reports indicated that the label might be “Personal Freedom Party,” “Free Libertarian Party,” “Reform Party,” and “Libertarian Party.” (there may be some I have forgotten – Paulie).
Like the Libertarian Party of New York, the Anti-Prohibition ticket would include Randy Credico for the 6-year US Senate term. The other candidates are all different. The Anti-Prohibition slate includes Linda Espejo for Lieutenant Governor. Previous reports indicated that Davis would recruit Larry Flynt or some other celebrities for her ticket, but none of the other names on her slate were instantly recognizable to me.

I think of this campaign as more of a collaborative performance piece between Davis and Roger Stone than anything else. I don’t think Davis actually wants to be Governor.
