The Pennsylvania Attorney General indicted four more Pennsylvania public employees or officials for using public resources to help on election campaigns. These indictments are in addition to others announced earlier this year and are connected to the work done on petition challenges to the Green Party statewide petition in 2006, and the Ralph Nader petition in 2004.

The Green-Rainbow Party of Massachusetts issued a press release saying that Libertarian candidate Joe Kennedy should be allowed into the Senate debates. In addition, the press release reviews the exclusion from debates of 2002 Green Party Governor candidate Jill Stein, and commentary on the Boston Globe’s attitude towards third parties.
