…"(sniff!) Sorry, I’m allergic to BS."

---- and yet Quirkie Quirk is well known in California and Nevada for the extensive dispensing of Steer Manure to a point where it is assumed that his main back ground is not Biblical but Agricultural College!

---- and yet this guy cries 'anti Mormon' discrimination from folks whom are IN FACT --- LDS! [Ed Noonan has never been accused of being prejudiced by any one but Cody 'Making It Up as He Goes Along' Quirk.

---- Let the Loyal Opposition be better than the foul Establishment Duopoly, not as bad as or worse than! Shame on Doctor Grundmann and Cody Banks, er, ah Cody Quirk! They do a disservice to good hearted patriots and citizens all over!

These jerks, if they cannot make traction on a partisan issue then get all dumb and snarkie and personal and illogical. THEY are the pervayers of Bovine Ecretia!

Quirk Man: again, your comments prove my point! Your lack of communication, what does that have to with me never, ever asking you or Grundmann [whom I supported loud and long in 2004] to be my pal and your on going unethical behavior ???????

Fact: I have called you and called people around you, including LDS types whom are supposedly harassing you in a fit of anti Mormon effort[s]. You hare held such low esteem! You seem to think you effort is soooooooooo noble that you can lie and cheat and cut corners to promote the same.

Shame on you.

Mean what you say and say what you mean. You are one of the most unethical folks out side of the Dems and GOP and Deform Party.

Good luck on that LG; though the LP pretty much dominates in most states anyways, I admit that.

BTW, thank you Travis for the link. I didn't know that.

Don, you once gave me your phone number, or some sort of phone number that I never bother to call.

Then again, I, or anybody else here doesn't take you seriously at all.

For whoever is trying to tally the number of officeholders from the Constitution Party, I just read about a U.S. Taxpayers Party member who was elected to the Board of Trustees at Grand Rapids Community College in Michigan. The election is non partisan. Anyway, his name is Dr. Richard Ryskamp & he has also run for the Board of Regents at University of Michigan.

Travis,

It seems clear to me that Malatesta is quite thoughtful on this issue. Joey, however, is just trying to provide cause for his fight with malatesta.

If you listen a little over halfway through the "American View" episode that Joey posted @65, Bryan Malatesta states why he voted the way he did in Tampa. It sounds like it was on quasi-federalist grounds, i.e.- the ability for state parties to manage their affairs, candidates, platforms, etc. As state chairman of the Texas CP, he did not want to enable the National CP to take action against the Texas party in the future.

However later on in the same clip, he says that he would probably vote differently if given the opportunity. Finally he says that he wishes he could help find a way to bring the Constitution Party back together instead of helping it to fall apart.

I have never, ever, ever asked you, Grandmann [whom I supported far and wide in 2004], or any one else with TPW or IPR for your friend ship --- their ya go making it up as you go along.

I have never asked/ demanded that you be honest and forth right. I mean, you cry anti LDS discrimination from Mormans [Ed Noonan]!

Post Script for Third Party boy: hey it is da week end dude!

And I'm glad that Malatesta voted the right way at Tampa: it wasn't about making the CP "100% Pro-Life", it was about an attempt by religious fanatics to kick out the Nevada IAP because they didn't like the fact that the State Chair & most of their leadership are LDS (Mormon) and outspoken about their beliefs.

In fact, Nevada was only going to be just the beginning if they had succeeded.

But they didn't and they left the CP afterwords- Good Riddence!

Cody, since 2005, is one of the most dishonest political activist I have met, and they abound in the [so call] Reform/ Deform movement. He will say any thing to attempt to make his point, no matter how illogical or hypocritical!

= Simply because I wouldn't be your friend and showed you for a simpleton extremist- even though you do that fine yourself with your bad spelling and grammer.
