Lost in the news was yet another Indpendent 3rd Party Candidate in Wheatland NY this year.

Tim Davis ran as a Write-In Candidate for Town Council in Wheatland after his Independent Nominating Petition was challenged by his opponent and denied by the Monroe County Board of Elections.

The results that are being reported in that race are not at all accurate. The Town Council results were;

Henry Williams - 659 (38%)
Ed Shero - 631 (37%)
Write-In Tim Davis - 409 (24%)

I wish just one media outlet would report this so those that got out to vote and send a message, and push back against our horrendus Town Board, can see that their vote did actually count.

Christopher Edes, State Chair of the Libertarian Party of New York, is running for Rochester School Board as the Libertarian Party candidate. Unlike most school boards in New York, Rochester runs partisan elections. For more information, see www.vote-for-chris.net

He previously campaigned against teen curfew laws in Rochester.
