Ballot Access News watching Pennsylvania courts closely

At Ballot Access News, there are several cases and developments being watched in regards to ballot access and the courts in Pennsylvania. Here are three articles with situations worth watching: 1. Discussion of a new judge on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and a list of past concerns with the court. 2. Nader’s request for a re-hearing concerning the court ordering him to pay money to the people who challenged his petition. 3. An update on a ballot access case, The Constitution Party of Pennsylvania, et al v Cortes. The plaintiffs for the case include the Constitution Party, the Green Party and the Libertarian Party. Richard Winger of Ballot Access News believes that this is an important ballot access case to watch.
