		<description>related news:  There will be a debate on Constitution Day - September 16, 2009 (Wednesday) that has representatives from four political parties: Democrats, Greens, Libertarians &amp; Republicans.  The debate is at 6:30 PM.

Guy McClendon will be representing the Libertarian Party, as he is the chair of the Harris County LP.  Libertarians should also note that Clay Conrad is representing the Democratic Party in the debate.  Conrad is an attorney in Houston who literally wrote the book on jury rights.  His book &lt;i&gt;Jury Nullification: The Evolution of a Doctrine&lt;/i&gt; was co-published by Carolina Academic Press &amp; the Cato Institute.  

I admittedly do not know as much about the Green Party representative Alfred Molison except that he ran for City Council.  The representative of the Republican Party is Richard Dillon who is the Chair of the Harris County GOP&#039;s Rapid Response Team. 

The event is organized by the Houston Liberty Campaign (aka HALC).  It will be at the Tracey Gee Community Center, located at 3599 Westcenter Drive, near Beltway 8 &amp; Westpark.
