Ballot Access expert Richard Winger writes about an upcoming vote in California about instituting a “Top-Two” system for primaries. A Ralph Nader supporter has sent around an e-mail announcing the dates of Nader’s upcoming book tour. The book is fiction, and is titled, “Only The Super Rich Can Save Us.” Tour dates listed start on September 11th and run through October 19th. The launch week will be September 22-29th, 2009. The actual book launch event will be in New York City on September 23rd.

The Green Party of Pennsylvania is organizing to protest in Pittsburgh with other groups against the supposedly secretive and corrupt G-20, “an organization that represents
the finance ministers and central bankers of the world’s twenty largest
