Prisoner of Conscious Committee Minister of Information JR was arrested, as he was covering unrest in the Oakland community by folks angered by the killing of Oscar Grant by a BART officer. The wildfires in California kept the polls open a little later, so final results are not in. Though according to Green Party Watch (and other media outlets), in the “blanket primary” race for Congress in California, it appears that the Green Party candidate will move forward to the general election, since neither him nor any other candidate hit the 50% mark.
