I understand that your “Doctor Goo Goo” is “THREE DATES DON” (named because he
claims he was elected Vice Chairman of a Branch of the national Constitution Party called the “REAL AIP faction” a/k/a “the Non-Corrupt
faction of the AIP” at a convention in Los Angeles on three different dates in June, 2008, viz., June 6, 2008; June 27, 2008; & June 28 – 29, 2008.

As for the last of these three dates, Grundmann
claims in another post that the June 28 – 29,
2008 “convention” took place at a LAX airport
hotel. Grundmann further claimed that in June,
2008 the entire State Central Committee of the
AIP consisted of 9 of the then 21 officers of the
American Independent Party, thereby making
a quorum of five on the State Central Committee.

One of Dr. Don Grundmann many problem is he
thinks the By Laws of the State Central Committee governs the 2008 Convention of the
American Independent Party. It did not. What
governed the Convention was the California
Election Code and the 2nd Edition of McConnell
“Roberts Rules of Order, Simplified”.

Of all the AIPer at the Los Angeles Westin Airport Hotel on Saturday, June 28, 2008
(which was the following day to the meeting
of the American Independent Party State
Central Committee of June 27, 2008,viz.,
the date the SCC affliated with the American
Independent Party of Fenton, Michigan as it’s
national party affliate), only four people present
met the requirements to be Delegates to the July
5, 2008 Convention of the American Independent Party, viz., Jim King, Pastor Campbell, Don Grundmann & myself. However,
I did not attend the bogus convention because, the SCC set the convention date as July 5, 2008
at the Auditorium of the California Secretary of
State Building in Sacramento. That July 5,
2008 convention had a quorum of Delegates and
two of the Delegates where Don Grundmann and
myself. I was elected Chairman of the Convention of July 5, 2008 (which was the only
convention authorized by the AIP SCC).

Jim Kings cabal had only three persons that could have been Delegates to the Julyv 5, 2008
Convention and one of then was Don Grundmann.

P.S. Was a big loser in California. Alan Keyes &
Wiley Drake won the AIP ticket on July 5, 2008.
Therefore, Chuck Baldwin and Darrell Castle could not get on the ballot in California on November, 2008.

Even tho he lives within walking distance of the recent state Lib convention, not only did he not attend, but he filled up IPR with inappropriate, attention craving, narcissistic remarks on break fast and coffee.

I doubt if he know any thing more about Doctor Goo Goo than what is revealed at IPR! For get about Cohen [a suspected Israel First Anti American jewish facsist] and for get about him being at a AIP related convention!

What State Conventions are you talking about.
Was Bruce Cohen at one or more of the three,
June 2008 convention in Los Angeles. I believe
that two of what Don Grundmann calls conventions are only in his mixed up mind.
But it could be that Don Grundmann met Mr.
Cohen in Los Angeles on June 6, 2008 or June 27, 2008 and Grundmann had a Convention of two. I do think that is far from fact.
