AIP founder endorses Nightingale for Governor

August 13th, 2009 · 309 Comments

James C. (Jim) Griffin, a founding member, in 1967, of California’s American Independent Party, and one of its most colorful and beloved leaders, today announced his endorsement of Chelene Nightingale for Governor of California, in 2010.  Ms. Nightingale, a well known California political activist for constitutionalist causes, announced her candidacy for the American Independent Party nomination for Governor on July 4, 2009, at the “Secure America” rally at the border in Boulevard, CA.

Griffin, a trucker, was the AIP nominee for US Senate in 1980 and for Governor in 1982.  In 1980 he received the biggest applause of the night, during his debate with incumbent Senator Alan Cranston, when he noted that “if you give a politician a hammer, he thinks every taxpayer is a nail.”  Griffin was also honored with the AIP Presidential nomination in 1988, and served as State Chairman for the AIP in the 1990’s after it had became affiliated with the Constitution Party.

Honored in the early 1980’s, by official proclamation from the California State Assembly, for his excellent safety record, and lauded in the Congressional Record, for being the “best truck driver in America,” Griffin, now age 71, is still driving trucks and still interested in California politics.
“Chelene Nightingale represents the best hope for the people of California for a return to sane economic policies and for a return to honest, representative government,” said Griffin.
I urge every American Independent Party voter to support her in next year’s primary election, and for every Californian, regardless of party affiliation, to do everything possible to make sure that she is elected the next Governor of California in November of 2010.”

“It is imperative in this time of crisis that people finally look beyond party labels,” added Griffin.  “For too long now, both the Democrat and Republican politicians have come to us, all saying ‘vote for me, I’ll solve your problems.’  It should be obvious to everyone, by now, that they are not going to solve your problems…they ARE your problems!”

“I cannot think of a better solution for California’s problems than to elect Chelene Nightingale to be the next Governor of California.  She has my full support and ought to have the support of every Californian who cares about this state,” concluded Griffin.

“Ms. Nightingale, a well known California political activist for constitutionalist causes”

Um, no. She’s primarily known for supporting Know-Nothing anti-immigrationism, a cause for which there’s no authority whatsoever in the US Constitution.

There is no such thing as ” Know-Nothing anti-immigrationism.” There is illegal immigration, a crime which is used as a hammer against the working people of the nation to drive down wages. Thankfully Chelene, as compared to some other people who will remain nameless, is willing to not only fight the crime but especially to defend the working people of the nation from economic attack via illegal immigration and many other attackers. We can hence be happy that we have a unfortunately rare candidate who is willing to defend the American people from attack as compared to others who would actually join the attackers.

“Ms. Nightingale, a well known California political activist for constitutional causes,”

Not at all! A San Bernardino no name whose web site has no endorsements [after months and months] and no links [after months and months]! Just another Post Office Box warrior in the minor, minor leagues.

Even the Save California site is minor, minor, minor. No one on her staff even does ‘Letters to the Editors’! I can not prove this, but I would doubt, having contacted folks in the so called ‘Inland Empire’ that even her neighbors on her residential street do not even know of her or about her.

And remember, California AIP is currently broken in two and she is aligned with the ’short end of the stick’. It is my understanding [and I take no happiness in this] that in the next 14 months the Ed Noonan cabal of Alan Keyes supporters can knock her right out of ballet access.

The original post is nothing but political hype and lies by deception. And the next time any one claims that the national Constitution Party is third in the numbers race, ask them about the situations in California, Texas and else where ………..

Year after year, decade after decade, these Bible Thumpers are the most consistent liars. It is bad enough to ‘churchify’ secular public administration, but to continually lie about the details! It makes me physically ill!

  • 13 Thomas L. Knapp // Aug 13, 2009 at 11:28 pm

    Cody,

“Naturalization” is the process of becoming a citizen.

Equating “Congress shall have the power… To establish a uniform rule of naturalization …” with “Congress shall have the power to make laws pertaining to immigration” is no different than equating “Congress shall have the power … To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas” with “Congress shall have the power to come to Cody’s house and beat his ass if he cheers the Pirates while they’re playing the Cubs.”

    Or, to paraphrase you:

Response – Don : You should be physically ill when you continually put out B.S. like this. 1) Your ” Bible thumpers ” statement is simply mindless blathering with no substance to back it up. 2) ALL people, including you, are religious – no exceptions. Hence ALL ” public administration,” since it is administered by human beings, automatically reflects the religious beliefs of the culture and society around it in addition to the religious beliefs of the administrators. There are NO exceptions to this. You are simply complaining because the dominant cultural and social religion, however weakened, is Christianity and you are anti-Christian. When you refer to wanting ” secular ” public administration you simply want your anti-Christian religion to be in charge. 3) Your ” continually lie about the details ” comment is simply another brainless spew with no backup for any possible validity.

Dear Native Merican: AND many other inspirational scripts are inspired in one language at one time and then translated numerous times by ‘not disinterested’ parties.

Much of the original Old Testament was transcribed by a known Jewish collaborator and traitor [Josephus]! Much of the English King James edition was monitored by a monarch whom was raised Catholic [as King James the VI of Scotland] and then pretended to be Protestant for the rest of his reign [as King James I of Britain].

Traitor Josephus and “Antiquities of the Jews”

“The next work by Josephus” [whom was given time and time again to charge into battle against the Romans or other wise commit suicide during the 70 ACE sack of Jerusalem and later Masada] “during is his twenty-one volume Antiquities of the Jews, completed during the last year of the reign of the Emperor Flavius Domitian .”

“He claims that interested persons have pressed him to give a fuller account of the Jewish culture and constitution” [as a Roman Citizen living on Roman Pension in Rome]. “Here, in expounding Jewish history, law and custom, he is entering into many philosophical debates current in Rome at that time. Again he offers an apologia for the antiquity and universal significance of the Jewish people.”

“Beginning with the creation according to Genesis, he outlines Jewish history. Abraham taught science to the Egyptians, who in turn taught the Greeks. Moses set up a senatorial priestly aristocracy, which, like that of Rome, resisted monarchy.”

” The great figures of the biblical stories are presented as ideal philosopher-leaders. There is again an autobiographical Appendix defending Josephus’ own conduct at the end of the war when he cooperated with the Roman forces.”

  • 29 Cody Quirk // Aug 16, 2009 at 3:06 pm

“Naturalization” is the process of becoming a citizen.

= Therefore our Constitution allows for regulation of immigration, and can put up any hoops and obstacles that such people must do in order to become a citizen.

= So basically, the only way to prove me wrong is to insult me.

    So your still wrong!

There are about 300 million illegal immigrants (and their illegal descendants) by my estimation.

= So native americans are also illegals? And FYI, there were no immigration laws on the American continent when the europeans came.

How many American Indians were slaughtered in the name of Christianity? How many others? Very Christian-like.

= How many dozens of millions of people were killed in the names of communism and socialism, especially Christians.
BTW, at least my Church treated the Native Americans with respect and feed and clothed them when Utah got settled.

The Bible was written by man. Man is fallible. The Bible is therefore fallible as well.

= The Bible is fallible only to a point. It is the word of god translated through man, and indeed there are some errors to it, but the principles in there and in the Book of Mormon are correct.

  • 34 mdh // Aug 16, 2009 at 7:19 pm

Immigrants are only considered to be in violation of the law because politicians say so. Borders only exist because politicians say so.

Nowhere in natural law do such laws exist nor find any merit whatsoever.

Now, I’m not a Christian, but I don’t think Jesus would want us to keep out poor Mexicans or anyone else for that matter. He’d want us to welcome them with open arms and help them to succeed by being charitable. Anyone who’s read the bible knows that much.

  • 36 mdh // Aug 28, 2009 at 8:42 pm

@2 – Cody, you’re wrong. Naturalization is the path to citizenship. It is not the path to cross a political boundary. Please consider proper use of legal terminology when looking at things in a legal context. I can understand congress being empowered to design a means of allowing non-citizens to seek US citizenship, and that is clearly provided for in the constitution. The right to restrict free travel, however, is nowhere specified as an enumerated power in the constitution.

No. The primary hasn’t been held yet. We will be endorsing someone else for Governor. A tiny group calling themselves a “Branch of the Constitution Party” has endorsed her.

She never approached the AIP State Central Committee. It is fraudulent for her to use our name. We will be demanding in forceful terms that she cease and desist this deceitful representation.

Allan Keyes Faction of American Independent Party Files Paperwork in Court Case Over Who are Legitimate Party Officers
    October 6th, 2009
On October 5, paperwork on behalf of the Alan Keyes faction of the American Independent Party was filed in the lawsuit King v Robinson, pending in California Superior Court in Solano County. The lawsuit had been filed by the faction of the AIP that is loyal to the national Constitution Party, back on March 16, 2009. The case had been stalled ever since, because the Keyes faction had been ducking service, but the response shows that both sides are now entered into the case. The purpose of the lawsuit is to determine who the proper state party officers are. In 2008, rival state conventions had been held, and the California Secretary of State had recognized the Keyes faction. Consequently, she placed Alan Keyes on the November 2008 ballot instead of Chuck Baldwin.++

    October 20th, 2009 at 6:36 am
It is over, viz., KING v. ROBINSON, Case Number FSC033119, in the Superior Court of California, County of Solano. At AM 11:46 on Friday, October
16, 2009, at the request of Robert E. Barnes, attorney for James King the clerk entered the dismissal of this case which Mr. James King filed

I checked with the Secretary of State and the voter registrar and they do not recognize any of those the names on the aipca website. This is simply false information with respecst to the AIP.

Mark Seidenburg or whatever his name is not the real chairman of this party. Noonan and all the rest of those names are not recognized by the state as an official committee either.

I think that is why these folks go bashing Chelene Nightingale any chance they get. It is because SHE IS an official candidate for the CA primary, as per the requirements of the Secretary of State. The minimum requirements are spelled out plain as day within the law. After she wins the primary is when she will be on the ballot as an official candidate for the AIP.

Truth is, I personally believe these individuals are scared of loosing thier name recognition on a website or something. I mean how important is having your name on a website?

Lies that are spread about good people should not be tolerated. I urge everyone to check out these individuals for who they really are. Scared little boys afraid of loosing some sort of name status or something.

    Nightengale is a crack-pot.

Chelene Nightengale being sued for deceitful misrepresentation of 2010 AIP candidate for CA governor.

Response – ” Intheknow ” – Obviously you ” know ” nothing and are simply a hack for the ultra corrupt Keyes faction of the AIP; which corruption I have documented at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com. Chelene Nightingale has more class, knowledge, charisma, common sense, and smarts than you could ever dream of. She also has courage; a character quality which you will never find in ANY of the Keyes criminals. The most current example is the continuing cowardice of Mark Robinson who flees in panic when legal process servers get near. They got close enough to finally serve legal papers on him but of course he is still playing his childish and cowardly games by claiming that he was not served when he turned away from the process server and ran. Fortunately the law doesn’t recognize cowardice as a defense and our ( the REAL AIP ) lawsuit against his corruption is proceeding despite the never ending lies of the moral criminal Mark Seidenberg. Of course the REAL AIP; Chelene, myself, and everyone else fighting the corruption and cowardice of Robinson/Keyes, needs no ” permission ” from that walking piece of —- to run. I challenge him to sue Chelene or myself or any of our candidates. I say he doesn’t have the guts to do it because he is a coward and he would be slaughtered in court. Of course his whole criminal enterprise is funded by Republican money so the financial aspect of suing will be no problem at all for him. He has piles of Republican money to back him up. As for you ” Intheknow ” if you have any guts then I challenge you, and anyone else, to a debate regarding Chelene for Governor. I say you don’t have the guts either.

People are ” duped ” when they give any credibility to the nitwit ravings of a idiot like yourself. I will make you look so sick that the police may arrest me for child abuse. It will be a well deserved massacre as you will simply be yet another of the Keyes/Robinson corruption rodents who has zero ability to debate or put forth their ideas in any sensible or compelling argument and hence, since they know how weak and pathetic they are, will lie, slander, and lie again and never ending again ( as with filing fake papers withe government agencies ) because that is all that they have the intellectual capacity, and especially character, to do.

    Markham Robinson, AIP Chairman

Response – Mark Robinson : I am the American Independent Party candidate for the United States Senate in 2010. I claim it. Sue me. I dare you. I say that you are a coward and a liar. You talk about ” deceitful representation.” That is ALL that you do. EVERYTHING that you do as the fake ” Chairman ” of the AIP is a lie. You are a sniveling cowardly mouse who will go down in history known as the total and complete liar and coward that you are since your cowardice and corruption is documented at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com which as of 10-31 had 22,262 visitors who are now aware of your corruption. Don Lake – Why write about what you don’t give a damn about? I have presented plenty of documentation regarding attacks against children. Your response? You send me a article in the mail on the spiritual justification for fisting. What a scholar you are!! Who else would give such a response? Certainly no sane person. And don’t worry about the Dems and Reps ” shaking in their collective boots regarding you. They are simply giving out ” high fives ” that their social engineering programs have worked so well that they can openly advocate molesting children and end up with people like you as supporters. 50, even 40, years ago supporters of such evils would have been tarred, feathered, and run out of town on a rail. Now they are celebrated for supporting ” diversity ” and ” tolerance ” as at the school parents meeting which I attended at my elementary school alma mater on Thursday night where a ” child psychologist ” ( with a PH. D. of course ) openly talked about supporting ” trans-gender ” students in kindergarten and 1st grade. English translation – they are already planning on mutilating these and only-God-knows-how-many-other children when they get older and YOU – may God damn you for it and everyone else who supports it – stand in their defense. What a legacy you will leave.

““How many American Indians were slaughtered in the name of Christianity? How many others? Very [un] Christian-like.”

Response – How many Indians were slaughtered by Indians? Answer – Countless and very ” unIndian-like ” ( according to modern politically correct mythology which declares that Indians all acted like ” Bambi.” ). How many children have been slaughtered ( torn to shreds ) by the anti-Christian religion of so-called ” pro-choice?” Answer – 50 million+ just in the U.S. and counting. Do the math. But then who cares? Unborn children are the ” niggers ” of our time and the movement to kill them is powered by the same people who have attacked non-white and especially black people around the world ( see blackgenocide.org ). Which religion gives more help to more people in the world than any other? Answer – Christianity; hands down and with no one else even close. As the Bible says – The things/ways of God are foolishness to men. It also says – The fool says that there is no God. Both statements written thousands of years ago and just as true today as at the moment at which, with the guidance of God, they were created.

For your information – not that you care – the remark was not racist. Only a nitwit would make such a comment or have such a belief. Now to the facts. Dr. Don Grundmann has not
been an officer of the American Independent
Party since September 2, 2008. He was removed as an Area Director of AIP by the
former Chairman of the American Independent
Party in mid 2008, viz., Ed Noonan.

    The American Independent Party’s national
affliation is the America’s Independent Party
    since June 27, 2008.

Dr. Don Grundmann did attend the AIP State
Convention as a Delegate on July 5, 2008 in
the Auditorium of the California Secretary of
State Building, Sacramento, CA. Alan Keyes
was selected as the AIP Presidental pick at
that convention. Don Grundmann left the
Auditorium before Dr. Keyes was voted in.
My guess is Dr. Grundmann was upset that
the AIP delegates rejected Dr. Grundmann
even though he received the highest vote count
    in the California Primary.

Currently, the next event will take place in court
on March 26, 2010 in the case of KING vs. ROBINSON. James King has a habit of starting
lawsuits but never goes forward with any. They have been directed against the last two Chairman of the American Independent Party.

Mark Seidenberg of comment #66 above is a utterly corrupt liar whose corruption is documented at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com. This website documents why the American Independent Party is still the California branch of the Constitution Party. It also documents the deliberate filing of false documents with the California Secretary of State office by Seidenberg and his fellow criminals. Chelene Nightingale will win the primary election to be the candidate of the AIP because she will be supported by the REAL AIP, the non-corrupt faction, as compared to the criminal faction of the AIP of which Seidenberg is a officer.

Don Grundmann Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party

  • 68 Trent Hill // Dec 6, 2009 at 4:47 am

Chelene Nightingale’s campaign seems to be the most successful gubernatorial campaign that has been waged by the AIP in a while. We’ll certainly be able to weigh the numbers at the end, but I think Chelene Nightingale is poised to rack up some votes. However, I think the fairest way to ascertain how well she does is raw vote totals, or maybe voting percentages (depending on whether turnout is average or better/worse than average).

Edward Noonan, in 2006, scored 61,901 votes for the AIP. He got .71%.
Reinhold Gulke, in 2002, scored 128,023 votes for the AIP. He got 1.71%.
Nathan Johnson, in 1998, scored 37,955 votes for the AIP. He got .45%.
Jerome McCready, in 1994, scored 133,870 votes for the AIP. He got 1.54%.
Jerome McCready, in 1990, scored 139,661 votes for the AIP. He got 1.81%.
Gary Miller, in 1986, scored 50,547 votes for the AIP. He got .68%.
Jim Griffin, in 1982, scored 56,249 votes for the AIP. He got .71%.
Theresa Deitrich, in 1978, scored 67,103 votes for the AIP. She got .97%.
Edmon Kaiser, in 1974, scored 83,869 votes for the AIP. He got 1.34%.
William K. Shearer, in 1970, scored 65,847 votes for the AIP. He got 1.01%.

This means the average vote total of Gubernatorial candidates for the AIP has been, up until this point, 82,502 votes. The average percentage take has been .992%. Now, this includes when the AIP had much more money, star power, and name recognition–so I think it’s fair to say that if she surpasses either of these numbers her campaign will have been a success by AIP standards.

Ms. Nightingale has been endorsed by Barbara Coe of CCIR, and once headed Save Our State, an anti-immigration group in California. Additionally, she gave a very public endorsement of Ron Paul in California in 2008. I wouldn’t be surprised to see her top 125,000 votes.

Grundmann, Tom is absolutely correct about Nightingale.

She’s devoted herself to Making the problem William Grigg describes even worse:

Crossing the border of a totalitarian state — in either direction — is an experience fraught with visceral anxiety.

Finding himself in the unwanted company of humorless, heavily armed goons of dubious competence and abysmal intelligence, the traveler is vividly aware that he can be arrested, imprisoned, beaten, or even shot at whim.

The best thing to do in such circumstances, travelers are told, is to assume a posture of utter servility, meekly and quietly enduring whatever indignity inflicted on them until they are safely through the border checkpoint.

Judging by the recent behavior of the valiant cadres of the heroic Border Guards Directorate, it becomes clear that the U.S. is rapidly descending into undisguised totalitarianism.

Last Tuesday (December 8), Dr. Peter Watts, a Hugo-nominated science fiction author from Toronto, was severely beaten, pepper-sprayed, arrested, interrogated, and otherwise abused by Border Patrol agents.

“If you buy into the Many Worlds Interpretation of quantum physics, there must be a parallel universe in which I crossed the US/Canadian border without incident last Tuesday,” writes Dr. Watts. “In some other dimension, I was not waved over by a cluster of border guards who swarmed my car like army ants for no apparent reason; or perhaps they did, and I simply kept my eyes downcast and refrained from asking questions.”

“Along some other timeline, I did not get out of the car to ask what was going on,” Dr. Watts continues:

“I did not repeat that question when refused an answer and told to get back into the vehicle. In that other timeline I was not punched in the face, pepper-sprayed, sh*t-kicked, handcuffed, thrown wet and half-naked into a holding cell for three f*****g hours, thrown into an even colder jail cell overnight, arraigned, and charged with assaulting a federal officer, all without access to legal representation (although they did try to get me to waive my Miranda rights. Twice.). Nor was I finally dumped across the border in shirtsleeves: computer seized, flash drive confiscated, even my f****g paper notepad withheld until they could find someone among their number literate enough to distinguish between handwritten notes on story ideas and, I suppose, nefarious terrorist plots. I was not left without my jacket in the face of Ontario’s first winter storm, after all buses and intercity shuttles had shut down for the night.”

“In some other universe I am warm and content and not looking at spending two years in jail for the crime of having been punched in the face,” he concludes. “But that is not this universe.”

In the universe we’re sentenced to live in, Dr. Watts, like many, many other innocent people, has been charged with “assaulting” the sacred personage of a federal officer for the offense of being on the receiving end of a criminal assault by that officer and his cohorts (remember, the bold and brave “men” in law enforcement always operate in packs).

This kind of arbitrary, lawless violence can occur anytime anyone — including a U.S. citizen — encounters the Border Patrol. And the danger is not limited to the border: Witness the experience of Pastor Steven Anderson of Tempe, Arizona, who was tased, beaten, and arrested by Border Patrol agents at a checkpoint set up dozens of miles inside the southern border with Mexico.

Iris Cooper of Patagonia, Arizona recently had an unpleasant — if less violent — run-in with the Border Patrol. While driving to school at the Pima Medical Institute in Tucson, she realized that she had forgotten her books. Spying a Border Patrol checkpoint in the near distance, Cooper decided to take the risk of turning around to retrieve her books, knowing that this action might provoke suspicion.

Stop and think about what it says about our circumstances that avoiding a warrantless checkpoint is considered “probable cause” for the purpose of conducting a search.

Sure enough, Border Patrol agents and police pursued and stopped Cooper. She was pulled from her car, handcuffed, and detained for a half an hour while a K-9 unit conducted a warrantless search of her vehicle.

Despite being handcuffed and forbidden to leave, Cooper was told that she wasn’t under arrest. The handcuffs, she was told, were “part of the procedure.” This was a lie, of course: An arrest occurs any time a citizen is detained by any law enforcement officer. This includes traffic stops.

According to the Border Patrol, the increasingly theoretical protections offered by the Fourth Amendment are subject to “exceptions” for the purpose of border enforcement. This creates what some have called a “Constitution-free zone” within a 100-mile-wide strip surrounding the continental U.S. As the ACLU has pointed out, two-thirds of the U.S. population resides within that formal “Constitution-free zone.”

As I’ve noted before, the border enforcement regime supposedly intended to keep foreigners out can also be used to pen us in. Many conservatives — including some who apparently despise foreigners more than they cherish freedom — forgot that principle during the reign of Bush the Dumber. Perhaps their perspective will change now that Barack the Blessed is on the throne, and the walls are closing in.

Yeah, by all means let’s have more border enforcement. Because it’s not totalitarian enough already and doesn’t cost us enough money, right?

  • 81 Don Grundmann // Dec 14, 2009 at 1:21 am

Paulie – Any police actions such as taken against Dr. Watts should be investigated completely and the police punished if found to be in deriliction of duty. Unfortunately there are ” bad apples ” in many professions, police and law enforcement included, that bring shame upon the profession when all of the other persons in it are diligently performing their duties. That being said the statements said against Chelene are still assinine and made by asses. If you want to find real violations of the rights of people crossing national borders then go to the southern border of Mexico where people attempting to enter from Central America are treated far worse ( and far more often ) than what Dr. Watts received. The bottom line is that not only is illegal immigration ILLEGAL but it is being used as a hammer against the working people of our nation as part of a comprehensive plan/attack to drive down wages. It hence is using the mexican people as pawns ( and also keeping them and their country as forever slaves to the corporate powers of America ) to economically attack the citizens of our nation. We are being played off against each other. When illegal immigration is stopped is when we can begin to put our own economic house in order in reducing the jobless rate and in stopping the collapse of wages for our working people. If you want to give the shaft to the middle class and working people of America then you will support illegal immigration. If not stopped now it will only get worse as time goes on – which is exactly what the corporate powers intend to happen. When you support illegal immigration you support those corporate powers in their enslaving of our nation, Mexico, and the world as a whole. Mexico will NEVER become a true and, especially, prosperous nation as long as it is essentially a colony of the U.S. and it will be a colony of the U.S. as long as illegal immigration continues.

Respond to delusional Doctor Don Grundmann // Dec 14, 2009 :

Paulie – Any police actions such as a very large CHP officer being stationed full time at the Veterans Home of California – Barstow (with in two miles of the local CHP station) just to ride herd over disabled and abused veterans is just criminal. He also harasses anti management workers, even if they are on their own time!

When the inmates get so fed up that they, with their own funds, print critical news letters, then Yogi Bear follows the distributors and destroys what he can obtain. Those ‘go along types’ (including the ‘Allied Councils’) whom want to crank out lauditory news letters are allowed to use state office equipment and photo copiers. Mr. Grundman,

    You write:

“In campaigning for political office there is a unofficial consideration that candidates should be temperate in their remarks but I am not.”

    Ditto.

In reply to Paulie, you write:

“The bottom line is that not only is illegal immigration ILLEGAL”

No, it isn’t. Nowhere does the Constitution assign power to Congress to regulate immigration, and in fact specifically prohibited such a power to it in a certain respect (slaves) for a certain amount of time. After that time had expired, a Constitutional amendment might have empowered Congress to regulate immigration, but no such amendment has been ratified nor, to my knowledge, even proposed.

“it is being used as a hammer against the working people of our nation as part of a comprehensive plan/attack to drive down wages.”

You have it 180 degrees ass-backwards.

Capital, including human capital, tends to flow to where it can be most profitably invested (and, as Bastiat noted, when capital doesn’t cross borders, armies will).

It is RESTRICTIONS on immigration, not respecting the natural freedom thereof, which constitutes “comprehensive planning” to distort the labor market.

Don Grundmann – please break up your paragraphs, I find paragraphs that long to be difficult to follow.

Any police actions such as taken against Dr. Watts should be investigated completely and the police punished if found to be in deriliction of duty. Unfortunately there are ” bad apples ” in many professions, police and law enforcement included, that bring shame upon the profession when all of the other persons in it are diligently performing their duties.

Unfortunately, such actions by border thugs are all too routine.

If you want to find real violations of the rights of people crossing national borders then go to the southern border of Mexico where people attempting to enter from Central America are treated far worse ( and far more often ) than what Dr. Watts received.

That in no way justifies what US border thugs do.

The bottom line is that not only is illegal immigration ILLEGAL

As Tom pointed out, it’s actually not. And even if it were, it shouldn’t be.

it is being used as a hammer against the working people of our nation as part of a comprehensive plan/attack to drive down wages. It hence is using the mexican people as pawns ( and also keeping them and their country as forever slaves to the corporate powers of America ) to economically attack the citizens of our nation.

The above is economic ignorance of the highest order.

Why restrict immigration at all? The Constitution and the laws of economics compel us to welcome all immigrants
    Christian Science Monitor
    June 7, 2007
    Donald Boudreaux

Just in time for summer, the Senate is heating things up with immigration reform. The bill it’s debating aims to shore up border security and start some 12 million illegal aliens on the path to citizenship. Despite passionate disagreement, voices across the political spectrum concur on two points: They insist the federal government should do something about immigration, and they’re sure immigrants threaten American jobs.

People assert these claims as though they’re self-evident. But they aren’t, as even a basic understanding of the US Constitution and the principles of economics shows. And that means most of the premises about immigration are confused.

Real reform must build on the secure foundation of constitutional and economic truth – not on political talking points.

The US government has been tinkering with immigration law for decades now. Surveying the wreckage – heartbroken families, an underclass of exploited workers, and ruined lives – makes it clear why the Founding Fathers refused to trust the national government with power over immigrants.

That’s right: The Constitution does not authorize the federal government to control immigration. Nor does it say anything about illegal aliens. We looked for a clause with directions for ranking immigrants on a points system – another feature of the Senate’s reform bill – but we couldn’t find one.

Sadly, lawmakers have repeatedly interpreted this silence as license for ill-conceived legislation. Congress began barring entry to the nation in 1875 with prostitutes and convicts. Soon, all sorts of people fell short of congressional glory: ex-convicts in 1882, along with Chinese citizens, lunatics, and idiots. Paupers, polygamists, and people suffering from infectious diseases or insanity made the list in 1891, while the illiterate were banned in 1917.

The biggest spur to antiforeigner fervor is always the same: natives fear that newcomers will swipe their jobs. Take, for example, the 1889 Supreme Court case challenging the Chinese Exclusion Act. The Court upheld the exclusion because the Chinese had competed “with our artisans and mechanics, as well as our laborers in the field…. [Californians wanted] prompt action … to restrict their immigration.”

    Why immigrants increase wages

It seems neither Californians nor the Court understood a fundamental principle of economics: the division of labor. Too bad they hadn’t read Adam Smith’s “Inquiry Into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations.” Published in 1776, it explains how prosperity results from more workers and better specialization.

Suppose that 10 workers produce 20 chairs per week with each worker building a complete chair. Those same workers can produce many more chairs every week if they specialize.

When one worker saws the wood, another carves it into shape, and a third fastens the pieces, the total output rises dramatically. Greater specialization leads to greater production and greater prosperity. Adding another five workers to the original 10 multiplies the benefits.

It’s true that immigrants can temporarily reduce wages for Americans whose skills closely match theirs. But falling wages raise profits. And higher profits are the soil from which better wages grow.

Seeking those superior returns, investors bring more capital – more machines, expertise, stores, and new firms – while entrepreneurs learn to enhance employee output.

Specialization deepens. Workers’ productivity soars, forcing employers to compete for their time by offering higher pay. Immigrants actually increase wages in the long run.

For proof, look around. The US work-force has more than doubled since World War II, yet workers’ real total compensation (wages plus benefits) is higher now than ever. Notice that Manhattan’s employees make more money than Mississippi’s. If hordes of workers depressed wages, New York City’s crowds would earn far less than Mississippi’s few. But paychecks in Manhattan – even for unskilled workers – trump those of workers in sparsely populated Mississippi.

Given the talk about point systems, guest-worker programs, and fenced borders, you’d think immigration endangers America’s cultural and economic wealth. But just as the unhampered flow of goods and services – free trade – blesses participants, the easy flow of workers – free labor markets – also brings unprecedented prosperity.

By contrast, schemes to control immigrants hurt everyone, native or newcomer, and not just economically. Customs agents often abuse immigrants at the borders, but they also interrogate, search, and fine returning Americans.

Immigrants must produce the proper papers for bureaucrats’ inspection, but so do their American employers and landlords. And let’s not even think about the scary implications of the draconian Real ID Act.

As technology and globalization continue shrinking the world, people and ideas move more quickly and freely. Political borders become increasingly irrelevant. But that’s fine because the qualities that define Americans don’t depend on geography. Rather, it’s their history of liberty, pluck, ingenuity, optimism, and the pursuit of happiness. Culture is a matter of mind and spirit. Why entrust it to politicians, border guards, and green cards?

The ideal immigration policy for this smaller world would harmonize with both the Constitution and common decency. It wouldn’t deny anyone the inalienable right to come and go.

This freedom perishes under current immigration edicts – and so do people. The US Border Patrol estimates that almost 2,000 would-be Americans died along the US-Mexican border from 1998 to 2004, whether from drowning, exposure, car accidents, or violence.

And who can forget Elian Gonzalez, the tragic Cuban refugee? This little boy watched his mother and 10 other adults in their battered boat die at sea, largely because both US and Cuban laws forbid Cubans to immigrate here. We expect such tyranny from Fidel Castro – but from America’s supposedly free government?

If Congress seriously wants reform, it might begin by returning decisions on immigration to the individuals involved, in obedience to the Constitution’s Ninth and 10th Amendments.

But Congress will need to go further. Requiring taxpayers to subsidize immigrants’ healthcare, education, food, shelter, or anything else breeds resentment.

Plenty of private charities will extend a hand to newcomers, not to mention friends and families eager to help their countrymen adjust to American life.

In fact, so eager are these folks that only severe penalties discourage them: Maybe that’s why the House of Representatives in 2005 passed a bill threatening to imprison for up to five years anyone who “assists, encourages, directs, or induces [an alien] to reside in or remain in the United States.”

What do we do about the 12 million illegal immigrants already here? Apologizing for their poor welcome is a start. Then we can hire them, patronize their businesses, become friends. So long as we don’t control them, and they don’t expect our taxes to support them, goodwill should prevail on both sides.

    Illegal immigration: a false concept

Laws labeling some people legal and others illegal aren’t just divisive, they’re unconstitutional.

Defending America’s integrity doesn’t mean more rules and stronger walls; it means seeing foreigners as free agents with all the dignity and autonomy we demand for ourselves.

These people often overcome unspeakable hardship to immigrate; why add to their sorrows by making it difficult for them to become Americans? Or by forcing them to buy their citizenship? Surely, the federal coffers are bloated enough that the government need not prey on the poor and vulnerable.

Remember, too, that these folks aren’t terrorists; they’re here to work. And many experts argue that the safest antiterror policy is to focus scarce resources on genuine threats rather than to try to screen potential terrorists at the borders.

The federal government has controlled immigration for more than a century now. During those years, it has violated the Constitution to oppress immigrants. It has ignored economic reality by implying that immigrants depress wages and steal jobs. Both tactics pit us against each other while boosting the government’s power.

Quota-wielding bureaucrats should not define the country’s demographic destiny. It’s time to let the free choices of millions of individuals determine America’s complexion.

. When you support illegal immigration you support those corporate powers in their enslaving of our nation, Mexico, and the world as a whole.

I don’t support illegal immigration. I support making it legal.

Mexico will NEVER become a true and, especially, prosperous nation as long as it is essentially a colony of the U.S. and it will be a colony of the U.S. as long as illegal immigration continues.

    I agree. Legalize it!

” That being said, the statements said against Chelene are made by folks with personal experience and or multiple documentation. ”

There is no ” documentation ” except in their bizarre imagination. Chelene Nightingale is the best candidate to fight for and defend the citizens in the coming election.

Paulie – Many comments to make regarding your comment #85 above but the first to be made is that to satisfy the desires of the writer, and presumably yourself, we can just totally forget the borders of the United States and be absorbed into the global New World Order. Then those pesky borders which get in the way of your utopian theories will be gone and the ability of everyone in the world to come here immediately and get a job will be realized. You could also then confront reality as it replaced ” utopia ” ( as epitomized by your woodworking example above ) when 500 woodworkers compete for every woodworking job. Why would employer ” A ” offer $10/hour to a woodworker from here when he can get a woodworker from Outer Mongolia to work for .01 cents/hour? So you can have your utopia while the workers of our nation starve. In the world of fantasy which has become reality we get to send them our printed paper ( Federal Reserve Notes ) in exchange for actual products ( shoes, textiles, toys, and only God knows how much more both now and especially in the future ) which we no longer make because of the processes involved in and represented by your essay example including smearing and defeating economic nationalism. To refresh your memory the U.S. became the greatest industrial nation on earth via tariffs which protected our domestic industry from the economic warfare of ” free trade ” via Britain which could and would undercut our domestic industries with below price government subsidized goods in order to defeat us economically. Just as ” free trade ” now is being used to destroy our domestic industry and manufacturing. Of course theory sounds so much better.

  • 94 Davi Rodrigues // Dec 17, 2009 at 2:38 am

    Hello All,

I am Davi Rodrigues, current CEO of Save Our State, a California non-profit corp.

I would like to make a few clarifications, and….accept the offer from whomever stated they’d debate him on Chelene Nightingale. I worked with and for Nightingale during my time at Save Our State, and think I’m quite qualified to speak on the issues, as well as having documentation to support my statements and claims.
One thing I would like to make perfectly clear, if you’ll pardon my Nixonesque, and that is after Nightingale took the helm of Save our State, we suffered the heaviest casulties ever, losing almost all of our members. Under what passed as her leadership, we seemed to spend most of our energy trying to dance around her mood swings, bizarre edicts, and megalomania. In the end, she turned on the lot of us, and then the organization itself in an attempt to disperse what was left so that none would regroup and recount what she had done. In addition, she had several years of information, data, and individual posting contributions that were at the core of our organizational efforts silenced and removed from public view so as not to be a true record of her past.
Fortunately though, we have begun to regroup. Save Our State rose from the ashes of her arson, and is healing old divisions and rebuilding our foundation. One of the first decisions made by the new management was that Nightingale would never be allowed back in any official capacity again.
Save Our State was never supposed to be a political organization. We were a charitable 501C3, and therefore we have no interest in supporting or opposing her candidacy or any other. What we do have support for is to see that all facts and information are stated correctly and distributed freely.
So once again I would like to accept the offer to debate the Nightingale issue, and in person would be my preference.

  • 95 Don Grundmann // Dec 19, 2009 at 12:11 am

Mr. Rodrigues – I will be happy to debate you in person. Of course the logistics of such occurance will take time to develop but please contact me at STOPtheIRS@hotmail.com regarding your time and location preferences.

That being said I must note that while I have never met you in person and I hope that I am completely wrong my first knowledge of you came not from your above note ( # 94 ) but through the mention of your name by Mark Seidenberg. The plain fact is that Mark Seidenberg is a psychotic and sociopathic liar who is absolutely incapable of telling the truth in any circumstance. Additionally Chelene Nightingale has been viciously attacked by unbelieveable commentaries upon her which I would never have imagined possible except for my knowledge of their source – the corruption of Mark Seidenberg, Mark Robinson, Ed Noonan, Tom Hoefling, and Alan Keyes; a gang of ultra corrupt liars who have attacked the American Independent Party. This criminal gang, who deliberately filed false documents with the Secretary of State office, will do ANYTHING neccessary to protect and continue their criminal actions. As Chelene Nightingale is the candidate of the REAL AIP, the non-corruption faction of the party, they hence automatic attack her with attacks which can only come from the lowest of the beyond low scum of humanity; i.e.; attacking her family, photoshopping nude pictures of her, calling her a whore, etc. Actions which words cannot describe as only the lowest possible scum piece of walking feces could possibly do such vile actions. But of course for the corrupt gang of Robinson/Seidenberg they are everyday actions. So, Mr. Rodrigues, when you are mentioned by Mark Seidenberg, one of the most corrupt people in the nation, as a ” source ” and when you then show up to attack Chelene I am sure that you can appreciate my saying that the chances that you are NOT a rat for hire are virtually zero and lower. But I hope that I am wrong and that you will show me the error of such thinking. I hope that a independent analysis can show that you have no ties to the corruption of Robinson/Seidenberg et al. Please forgive my first impression that due to such perceived ties I take your commentary at first glance as a total fake which exaggerates or just plain lies in any and all situations possible in order to achieve its REAL purpose – the continuation of the Robinson/Seidenberg crime syndicate.

As additional commentary I note that the true basis of the movement to stop illegal immigration has NO racism; a charge which is continually thrown at the movement to smear it and detract from the real issues which it raises. That being said I know that unfortunately there really are actual racists in the movement who wish to steer the movement from its pure purposes to their own racist aims. Hence one reason for ” membership to go down ” ( as you claim ) can be that Chelene confronted such evil within the movement and worked to ” clean house ” with the result being that those so cleaned out now join with sick psycopaths such as Mark Seidenberg for revenge. Just a personal theory but based upon a foundation of reality. Similarly I have found that the movement to stop illegal immigration for the survival of the nation has unfortunately been attacked by a criminal gang which has, and still is doing so, siphoned off untold amounts of fund raised cash for its own corrupt purposes with little knowledge of this by a well meaning public which has sent its hard earned funds to save the nation rather than to feed a criminal enterprise. It is a fact that the candidacy of Chelene Nightingale stands for many wonderful things in defense of our nation and our future. It is also a threat to this ongoing criminal enterprise. I would hope that you are not a shill/mouthpiece for such evil.

Don Grundmann Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party

    P.S. – I have documented the criminality of Robinson/Seidenberg at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com

  • 96 Davi Rodrigues // Dec 19, 2009 at 2:16 pm

    Mr Grundmann,

I have no interest in furthering the interests of any specific political party or faction thereof, and that includes the legitimacy of them. That is the realm of PAC’s and other corporate entities. SOS is chaptered as a non-profit, and a non-profit’s task is aimed at supporting the rights of individuals and making sure they have access to information in an unbiased, unrestricted manner. The information I would like to give everyone access to is not meant to influence anyone to vote a certain way, or for a particular candidate. I am interested in making sure that everyone in California has access to information that may been previously restricted or otherwise suppressed, because they are entitled to it. What they choose to do or think about it is up to them.
I have not seen any of the photoshopped pictures you mentioned, and I don’t want to really. Sexual innuendo is not something we support either. Along with that goes racial preferences or exclusions.
I will contact you at the address you gave, and look forward to organizing an educational forum for California citizens in your area.

    Sincerely,

    Davi Rodrigues

Response – Mr. Rodrigues : As I have mentioned in our private correspondence I will be reaching out to our various members to organize a ” debate ” at a time which will probably occur minimally in mid-March at best and after due to the rigorous work which our party will be doing to that time period in preparing for our electoral campaigns in the coming election cycle. Don’t expect me to change my strong suspicion of your actions being motivated by the corruption forces of Robinson/Seidenberg when you go on this forum and make a assinine comment as above. I am sick of such B.S. from you or anyone else. I am more than willing to confront your attack upon Chelene. I have indicated such in our correspondence yet you then pull a stunt as quoted above. I have had enough of the corruption faction of the AIP and their fool supporters such as Don Lake attacking Chelene and indeed anyone on our side with no substantiation but with unbelievably evil actions as with the photoshopped pictures which I referred to. • 103 Mark Seidenberg // Jan 9, 2010 at 10:02 am

I am sorry for the spelling errors in post #101. It
was posted very early in the morning. What I was
trying to say is that Dr Don Grundmann needs a
new handle, viz., “three dates Don”, because on
posts he made since 2008 he asseverates that he
was elected to the office of Vice Chairman in June,
2008 of the American Independent Party in Los
Angeles, when in fact he was elected to nothing,
“Three dates Don” gave on his posts that he was
“elected” Vice Chairman on either June 6, 2008,
June 27, 2008, or June 29, 2008. He was elected
    to nothing in 2008.

In fact he lost posts in 2008. His term as a National Committeeman ended on September
2, 2008 and he was removed from the office
of Area Director earlier that year, by the then AIP
    Chairman Ed Noonan.

“Three date Don” Grundmann did attend the 2008 AIP State Convention in the Auditorium
of the California Secretary of State Building,
Sacramento, California, on July 5, 2008. I was
elected that AIP Convention’s chairman. He was
a delegate to that convention. According to the
California Elections Code the only location for
a AIP convention and organizating state central
    committee is in Sacramento.

On January 13, 2010, there will be a meeting of
the AIP State Central Committee at the request
of Elliott S. Graham and called by Chairman Markham Robinson, the issue at that meeting
will be if the AIP will have rules that allow “modified closed primary election” in 2010.
It is my understanding that Charles Deemer and
Elliott S. Graham in Los Angeles County have
a disagreement if the 2010 primary should be
open or closed. Therefore, AIP Chairman Markham Robinson will conduct the State Central Committee meeting so the rule issue can be determined.

I was elected for my current term as Vice Chairman of the American Independent Party on
    July 6, 2008, which began on September 3, 2008.

“Three Dates Don” Grundmann has not posted
his views on the issue on the 2010 primary election. Does he want to let electors that decline
to state a party affiliation either voting in or sign
    signatures in lieu petitions?

Background history on January 10, 2006, a former Chairman of the AIP provided disinformation to the California Secretary of State
that the State Central Committee early in the year
2006, viz. between January 1 and January 10, 2006 created rules under Senate Bill 28 that allowed electors that decline to state a political
party at registration to vote in that primary.
The AIP State Central Committee did not meet
during that period, so their were no rules as
Chairman Nancy claimed in that January 10,
2006 letter of disinformation to the California
    Secretary of State.

Let “Three Dates Don” Grundmann post his view
here. Does he want to collected signatures in lieu
of the fee? If so, does he want the number
    to be 150 or 10,000?

It has been some time since “Three Dates Don” asked about the work product. When will he pay
the $1,000 for that work product he wants?

    Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman,
    American Independent Party

I say you will not because, as with all defenders of homosexual perversion, you are a gutless coward who will write as you did above in a attempt to disparage the information; i.e.; proof; which is readily available to any THINKING or, especially and far more importantly, HONEST person; i.e.; not a liar. Instead you cling to your sick ideology which supports such attacks and then disparage the facts which you cannot refute. So typical of you.

Markham Robinson, Chairman of the American
Independent Party has called the members of the AIP State Central Committee to try to end the dispute.

Don J. Grundmann Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party

  • 114 Mark Seidenberg // Jan 11, 2010 at 11:02 am

“THREE DATES DON” Grundmann is not and
never has been a Vice Chairman of the American
Independent Party. The last office he held was
that of a National Committeeman and that ended on September 2, 2008. He is on the
    American Independent Party State Central
Committee by my records (which is part of
a work product and the copy price as Dr.
    Grundmann agreed to was $1,000.00.).

“THREE DATES DON” was removed by former
AIP Chairman Ed Noonan as an Area Director
early in 2008. In fact Ed Noonan is currently
running for U. S. Senate in the AIP primary
    in June, 2010.

There will be a meeting of the AIP State Central
Committee on January 13, 2010. The issue for
that meet are rules or no-rules under the terms
of SB28, viz., closed or open primary. If open
to what extent? First question does a person
running for a statewide office within the AIP
primary want to use the 5% rule or under 5%
rule. That question alone would mean the
difference between 150 signatures in lieu to
    10,000 signatures in lieu.

My guess is “THREE DATES DON” does not
care, because he has a large war chest. So he
will just be required to pay the filing fee and have no signatures in lieu other than his own.
He will still need to get 65 to 99 other good signatures (plus his own) to run for office
    statewide.

In April, 2008, “THREE DATES DON” at the
Constitution Party Convention in Kansas City,
within the California delegation during the
first pole for president received only one vote,
viz., Dr. Grundmann voted for himself. None
of the California Delegates other than “THREE
DATES DON” voted for voted for Grundmann as a choice for President in that first pole.

Even James King voted for Alan Keyes in Kansas
City. In fact 80% of the California Delegation
backed Alan Keyes for President of the United State at the Kansas City Convention of the Constitution Party.

The AIP State Central Committee meeting on
January 13, 2010 was called because Elliott
    S. Graham was in a dispute with Charles Deemer
over the issue of a closed or open primary.
Markham Robinson, Chairman of the AIP
called the State Central Committee because
Elliott Graham was the only elected member of
the Los Angeles County Central Committee and
it never got organized in 2008.

    Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman,
    American Independent Party

Mr. Robinson- In regard to your notification regarding a claimed American Independent Party Central Committee meeting on the phone I write to inform you of the following -

By your criminal act of the deliberate filing in June 2008 of falsified documentation with the California Secretary of State office you initiated a process of criminal fraud and conspiracy accompanied by actions by which you have falsely claimed and assumed the Chairmanship of the American Independent Party. As the properly and lawfully elected Vice-Chairman of the American Independent Party and additionally in my capacity as a member of the legal Central Committee of the Party I hereby notify you that I will be physically attending the false and fraudulent January 13th ” meeting ” at your house ( as noted in Ballot Access News ) to document your attempt to continue your criminal conspiracy and actions. I will be accompanied by persons willing to act as witnesses to your criminal actions who will subsequently testify in both current active and future court actions regarding your criminal conduct. I will also be bringing appropriate audio and video recording devices so that a record of your criminal actions will be made for appropriate and truthful documentation. As you have assumed the office of ” Chairman ” of the Party by personal and conspiratorial criminal actions of fraud and deception any ” meeting ” which you attempt to hold will be illegal and an attempt to continue to advance your criminal conspiracy. As the legally elected Vice-Chairman of the American Independent Party I note that your ” meeting ” is an illegal and blatant attempt to advance your criminal actions through the usage of the Party. Any attempt to continue with such actions will lead directly to litigation regarding yourself and your associated conspirators. Any participants in your false and fraudulent ” meeting ” will, as you, also be open to litigation and prosecution regarding their actions in furtherance of your criminal conspiracy and actions. I will be notifying any participants of your ” meeting ” that their actions can be considered to be in advancement of a criminal conspiracy and can hence subject them to legal action.

  • 120 Mark Seidenberg // Jan 12, 2010 at 5:13 am

    To LibertarianGirl:

The California Election Code gave a delegate spots to anyone that wins the primary elections. If no one other ran for a congressional office in a party primary other than “THREE DATES DON”, viz., the US Senate in 2006, he would be a delegate to the convention.

In 2006, James King was picked as Chairman of
the Creditials Committee. He seated Dr. Grundmann. At the September 3, 2006 State
Central Committee meeting Dr. Grundmann ran
for a seat on the National Committee. We had
more spots open on the National Committee than persons to fill them. Being on the National
Committee required you to attend meetings
of the Constitution Party at you own expense
all over the United States. Dr. Grundmann was
well fixed, so he could attend.

Since he received more votes for the office of
President in the 2008 primary election, he arrived in Kansas City in April 2008 thinking he would win the presidential spot. He had
more money to spend than the other three that
    run in the primary election.

I was elected head of the California Delegation
to the 2008 Convention of the Constitution Party. Early in the process Charles Deemer
(the party Treasurer ) and I took a poll of the
California Delegation), 80% of the delegation
were backing Dr. Alan Keyes for President.
Don Grundmann had only one vote (his own)
and he could not get anyone in the delegation
    to support him for President.

Alan Keyes is Grundmann main person to attack
because he got 80% of the California delegation
and would not debate him. Dr. Keyes does no
even what to have a conversation with Dr.
    Grundmann.

After Grundmann could no get vote two from
California or any other state delegation he endorsed Dr. Chuck Baldwin and withdrew
from the race. Then he went on a verbal attack
of the delegates to the convention and started
calling them names from the bible and statements like “I will dance on your grave”,
“I will pray every day you will die and go to
hell”, “30 pieces of silver” and etc.

Then Dr. Grundmann started to make anti-Black
statements against Dr. Keyes. Next come the
website attacking Dr. Keyes and the officers
    in the party.

Because of that and other reasons Chairman Ed
Noonan removed Dr. Grundmann as the Area
Director for the party in the East Bay area after
    the Kansas City Convention.

Dr. Grundmann started to claim he was the “Vice-Chairman” elected in June, 2008 at
the 2008 Convention of the American Independent Party at the Auditorium of the
California Secretary of State Building in Sacramento on July 5, 2008. He started to yell
from the floor attacks like the one’s he made in
Kansas City. I was the elected Chairman of that
Convention and let Grundmann speak even though he was out of order. After he finished
Dr. Grundmann left the auditorium and the
Convention choice Dr. Alan Keyes for President
& Dr. Wiley Drake for Vice President.

I hope this addresses some of your inquiries. Other than that all I can say I meet Dr. Ron Paul
in the 1980’s in California once, and enjoyed
his speech. I am a libertarian (small “l”), but
I had a dispute the some of the LP party leadership in 1972, over the issue of abortion,
viz., they were pro-choice and I believe a child
is its own person from the time it has its own
    DNA.

I and most of the party leadership are Austrian
in economics. Most of us have read Human Action. I have attended lectures of Von Mises
so you can tell I have been an active libertarian
for a long time. I hope you will consider joining
the party if you are in California or the District
of Columbia. Other than that please have a good
year. Please reply if you have any other questions.

    TO: LibertarianGirl:

First, Janine Hanson should be able to answer this question better than I can, because these
events happened at a time when I was waisting
my time on the Republican Party in the California Young Republicans College Federation (CYRCF) in 1967-1968. I was working at the time in MaxRafferty campaign for United States Senate in California. The AIP party founders Mr. & Mrs. Shearer both liked Max Rafferty also. At that time both the AIP
and IAP were formed. Janine Hansen late older
brother Daniel name the Nevada Party the IAP
while Mrs. Shearer picked the name AIP for the
    California Party.

Currently since June 27, 2008 there is no formal
connect between California and Nevada parties, although leaders of both parties are friends.

THREE DATES DON was the only member of the California National Committee in the Tampa
meeting that attacked the IAP of Nevada from
the floor. Nevada and California are sister states. If Dr. Grundmann had his way he would
start a war with Nevada over the issue of Pautah
County again. For the history buffs California and Nevada was at war in the 19th century on
boundary disputes. In fact Carson City was once
the county seat of Pautah County under its former name of Carsonville.

Wm Shearer wrote about the long connection between the California and Nevada parties on
    .

Please reply to me if you have any question.

    Dear Don,

This is an online meeting and not at my house. Given your evident hostility and public physical threats to me I do not welcome you to my house and warn you that if you attempt to harass me you will experience legal consequences. You will shortly be sent a notice of the sign-in information to the online and voice conference portions of the meeting. We try to treat everyone fairly despite their attitude. To: mark@masterplanner.com

Mr. Robinson – As noted by Ballot Access News there is indeed a physical meeting at your house. I have additionally been informed of a circulating e-mail ( although to this moment I have not personally seen it ) that everyone EXCEPT Chairman King and myself was invited to your house if they could so attend. Hence your public pronouncement of a ” online meeting ” is yet another in a long and continuing series of deceptions which you have initiated and performed in support of your criminal actions and conspiracy. I am indeed hostile to you, as I am to any criminal and their corruption, since you are part of a criminal conspiracy against the American Independent Party and are using the Party to advance your criminal objectives. You are NOT the Chairman of the Party as you have attained and presumed such post by fraud and deceit inclusive of the deliberate and conspiratorial filing of false documentation with a government agency. I invite you to sue me, and in fact look forward to it, for whatever you like as such suit would involve the process known as ” discovery ” – a process which would fully expose your criminality and of which you are, rightfully, deathly afraid of. I will be at your house not to harass you, as I never do such, but simply to expose and document your continued criminal activity and actions. Of course to criminals exposure of their crimes IS ” harrassment.” Not only is your ” meeting ” illegal but I am well aware of your past, and future intended, usage of ” online/phone ” Central Committee ” meetings ” to advance your criminal agenda and conspiracy. My witnesses and I will arrive at your home to document the continuance of your criminal activity. As I am a legally elected member of the State Central Committee, in addition to being the legally elected Vice-Chairman of the Party, your refusal to grant me entry to your fraudulent and fake ” meeting ” will be appropriately documented as evidence for both currently active and future developing legal remedies to be pursued in the halting of your criminal conspiracy.

So what do you have against evolution [or as you corrected me so often in 2004: natural section] ????? What do you have against the AMA ?????

I never criticized herbal treatments! [Your goofy insanity at work ........] I criticized you moving away from a regulated area to a less, or even non regulated, area.

I never espoused sexual fisting. [Your goofy insanity again .........] I sent you a bizarre post on fisting, with the note that yet I could not find, OUT SIDE OF YOUR OFF THE WALL WEB SITE, any thing on educators promoting sexual fisting to elementary students.

How ever, Grundmann, and Captain Cody Quirk [the LDS boy harassed by Mormons], and Milnes, and paulie, and TLC, and CT, and other criticized posters do have a general first amendment basis for posting pretty much any thing they feel.

    Davi:

Under the election code in California, Nightingale got flagged because she took out the
petition in lieu prior to January 27, 2010. That
was a major screw-up. I expect that her campaign advisors to screw-up more, because
they do not know what they are doing.

In fact she herself errored by not waiting to collect signatures until January 27, 2010 at
the Van Ney speech on January 7, 2010.

I trust the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder will be dealing with her submitted

Bottom line she has major campaign problem.

LibertarianGirl – Well this ” nutcase ” says that you are a liar and a coward for your support of the attacks of the homosexual community upon children and your lies that proof of such attacks do not exist. I notice that you do not take me up on my $1,000 bet that such attacks occurred. Instead you attempt to deflect attention away from the issue – and your cowardice. This is standard operating procedure for those who have your pathology. You call ME a lunatic when YOU are a supporter of such criminal attacks upon children. How sick such support is but for a person as you with no shame it doesn’t phase you for a second. You will defend such attacks to the death rather than tarnish your precious ego by saying ANYTHING against them. You are obviously, as with Mark Seidenberg, a total liar with no shame in the slightest degree for your actions. No wonder you are good buddies. No accident there.

Response – I heard everything of the Robinson/Seidenberg corruption faction fake, fraudulent, and criminal meeting including their plan to use ” Robo-calling ” to reach the voters and the candidacy of Mark Robinson for Governor!!! They will have no choice but to use robo-calling because their 2 primary candidates, Ed Noonan for U.S. Senate and Robinson for Governor, are such walking piles of feces that they have no choice but to hide behind a computer screen since voters will be rightfully repulsed by them at any personal interaction. Not to mention my own exposure of them as the 2 most corrupt candidates to campaign for their offices in the history of the state; a landmark ” accomplishment ” which will bring public shame and humiliation upon the AIP until the non-corruption faction of the Party represented by Chairman King and myself flush them down the toilet into the sewer of history where they so rightfully belong. The AIP voters of the state will resoundingly reject the utter corruption-to-the-bone-and-beyond of Robinson, Seidenberg, and Noonan.

superior court rejected this view that Rancho

code just requires the convention be in “Sacramento”. It makes no additional discription as to what the legislature covered
by the the term “Sacramento”. However, the
the September 2, 2006 Convention took place
in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento County and
neither Don Grundmann nor Credential Chairman Jim King objected to that location at
the time. Then Jim King in his lawsuit King v. Bowen raised the concern that Rancho Cordova
was not in Sacramento, and therefore they could
elect officer all over again less than three month
short of the officers two year term. The Superior Court rejected King’s view on the issue.

    Additionally “THREE DATES DON” Grundmann
was present at the State Central Committee meeting of July 20, 2007 and the Convention
of July 5, 2008. At no time during these meetings did anyone raise the issue that Rancho Cordova was not in Sacramento.

At the July 20, 2007 SCC Meeting, “THREE DATES DON” Grundmann voted to remove

Which Web Site did you see that on? I am totally opposed to something like that. It’s outrageous to anyone who has the best interests of the AIP at heart.

I want and the AIP State Central Committee wants people to register with the AIP permanently and for the right reasons, not just to elect an opportunist, using a ballot line they think is easy to access. It won’t be. There will be another AIP registered voter opposing Chelene who will urge voters to register AIP and stick with us.

Chelene Nightingale tried to seize control of the Minutemen organization by means of a lawsuit and is backed by a “Branch of the Constitution Party” that wants to seize control of a Political Party (the AIP) by means of a lawsuit instead of legitimate political means. They deserve each other!

The Save Our State organization which she used to head doesn’t seem to like her. Ask them for the details. It seems to me she leaves nothing but destruction in her wake.

She won’t ultimately succeed in making people believe that she is either a sincere supporter of either the Minutemen or the AIP.

As for ballot access, it is open to anyone who has been registered AIP long enough and she has been registered just barely long enough. It is election that the AIP State Central Committee will deny her thru the political process and in any event will deny her any role in our leadership which is unavailable to any affiliated with another political party such as the Constitution Party if we so choose. It’s in the Election Code Chelene. Look it up.

Response – As if the ultra corrupt lying coward Mark Robinson has ” the best interests of the AIP at heart.” If he did he would not have deliberately filed false documentation with the SOS office as documented at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com. Instead he did indeed conspiratorially file such fraudulent documents as the coward that he is. And he intends to campaign for Governor!!! He will certainly be, hands down, the most corrupt candidate for Governor from any party in the history of California if not the nation.

    Warning again!

“THREE DATES DON” Grundmann is not and never have been the Vice Chairman of the American Independent Party. He has claimed on several posts that he was “elected” the “Vice
Chairman” of AIP, viz, June, 2008. However,
when it comes to the date he gets fussy, viz..,
on posts he states June, 6. 2008, June 27, 2008,
and June 29, 2008. None of these dates where
the organizational meeting of the American
Independent Party for the Year 2008.

One of the dates Grundmann asseverates was June 27, 2008. The SCC did have a meeting that
date, but there was no election of Don Grundmann for Vice Chairman or any other office. That June 27, 2008 was the dates that
the SCC voted to affiliate with the America’s
    Independent Party of Fenton, MI.

The organizational meeting of the AIP State
Central Committee is the day after the AIP
Convention. “THREE DATES DON” Grundmann knows these dates very well, because
he was a Delegate to the July 5, 2008 AIP Convention located in the Auditorium of the California Secretary of State Building. He
walk out of the Convention just before the
Delegates at that Convention voted in the ticket
of Alan KEYES (President) and Wiley DRAKE

    In regards to electoral fraud:

These acts are considered to be morally unacceptable, outside the spirit of electoral laws or in violation of the principles of democracy.

Harsh penalties AIMED at deterring electoral fraud make it likely that individuals who perpetrate fraud do so with the EXPECTATION that it either will not be discovered or will be excused.

    Warning,

I am not “Walt”. my suggestion is to stay far away from “THREE DATES DON”. The last
time Grundmann yelled at me. He told me
he would “Dance on my grave” and he could
lay me out “flat like a pancake”. That was at
a bar in Phoenix, Arizona in October 2009.

It was one day prior to the date that Howard
Phillips yelled at me “Mark my friend, go away”
while I was two tables away from Howard. In
fact the American Indepenjdent Party did go
away from the Constitution Party on June 27,
2008. When the AIP state central committee
voted to affliate with the America’s Independent
Party. That act cut all ties between the AIP and
CP. Since the CP is not qualified to be on the
ballot in California. Nightingale registered AIP
in 2009 from being a RINO. She has been in the
AIP less than a year. So the Los Angeles County
Registrar of Voters has “flagged” her when she
took out the petitions in lieu.

Next, “THREE DATES DON” Grundmann is not
the Vice Chairman of the AIP and never has been. He is not a current officer in the AIP
and has not held any office since September 2,
2008. He is a member of the AIP state central
committee, but he was never elected to the
state central committee as he asseverates. He
was removed by then Chairman ED NOONAN
of the AIP from the voffice of Area Director early in 2008.

    Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman,
    American Independent Party.

    DECLARATION

I DONALD RAYMOND LAKE am using this declaration as a formal complaint to the State of California Secretary of State’s Office as a violation of the formal election codes. The American Independent Party is a ballot-qualified party recognized by the California Secretary of State, with a registered I.D.# 742371. How ever, to the best of my of believe and knowledge the presently unrecognized faction of the California American Independent Party has engaged in illegal actions.

DOCTOR DONALD J. GRUNDMANN [DC] has repeatedly misrepresented him self and his allies, including, but not limited to, present 2010 gubernatorial candidate hopeful Chelene Nightingale. Doctor Grundmann has threatened to illegally physically abuse my self and others on a number of occasions. Much of this misbehavior has been recorded on http://www.independentpoliticalreport.com

MS CHELENE NIGHTINGALE has been a registered member of the [so called] American Independent Party for less than the required year.

MS CHELENE NIGHTINGALE and allies, including but not limited to Doctor Grundmann and one Barbara Cole of RRCI, have openly and publicly enjoined California registered voters to unethically and temporarily register for the unique and specific purpose of signing partisan paper work for Ms Nightingale. • 241 Mark Seidenberg // Jan 23, 2010 at 8:37 am

    Again, “THREE DATES DON” Grundmann
is out with disinformation. He is not and never
has been the Vice Chairman of the American.
However, the last date he was an officer in AIP
was September 2, 2008 and that was being a
National Committeeman. He was removed early
in 2008 as an Area Director by former Chairman
Ed Noonan. Grundmann is a member of the
AIP State Central Committee, but unlike his
disinformation he was not elected to the SCC.

I hope this will help you Mr. Lake.

Former Chairman Ed Noonan is running for the
US Senate seat now up. I am informed the “THREE DATES DON” Grundmann will also
run in that race. Therefore, if anyone what to
help the AIP remove Don Grundmann from the SCC and lives in California, register American
Independent Party, send copy of that registration to the Chairman, Markham Robinson.

As for Chelene Nightingale, she was a registered
Republican in 2009. In the AIP less than one
year, so was “flagged” by the Los Angeles County
Registrar of Voters, because of the one year registration requirement, when she took out
the petition in lieu paperwork. However, when
Bill L. took out the paperwork for Nightingale
he did not ask the clerk in Riverside to conform
to the Los Angeles County paperwork. Therefore, it could be an issue later in the cycle
    but by April 1, 2010.

By registering as an elector in the AIP, the SCC
has many internal levels to deal with both Grundmann and Nightingale. Therefore, if
you are in California Don Lake or Walt, please
    join the AIP.

    Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman,
    American Independent Party.
Also Chairman of the Orange County American
    Independent Party Central Committee, and
    Executive Committeeman of the America’s
Independent Party for California (AIP national
    affliation since June 27, 2008).

Note: AIP has no current connection with the
Constitution Party. All connections with the
Constitution Party ended on June 27, 2008.
“Three Dates Don” Grundmann can’t get himself
out of a time warp, because he keeps on asseverating an affliation between CP and AIP
that ended on June 27, 2008, by a vote of the
American Independent Party State Central Committee.

As for Los Angeles County AIP. Elliott S. Graham and Jim King are the only current
members of that county central committee. When Mr. Graham
attempted to have the organization meeting which was called by the Los Angeles County
Registrar of Voters in July, 2008, Mr. King
was a no show. Therefore, no recognited Los
Angeles County AIP. was formed. Therefore, Nightingale’s
claim that she is a member of the Los Angeles
County Central Committee of AIP is a total lie

    Walt,

I am going back now to the events leading up to
the removal of Rayna P. Mike-King from the
AIP State Central Committee, AIP Natiional
    Committee on July 20, 2007.

First, did Gary Odem try to mis-direct me when
he told me that the Award of “Republican Business Woman of the Year” was from Republican Woman, because Rayna P. Mike-King (Jim King’s wife) was “a fine businesswoman”. When the real issue was funding to the NRCC.

Again look who got the awards. Rayna P. Mike-King for REPUBLICAN BUSINESS WOMAN OF
THE YEAR and Abdul Tawala ibn Ali Alishtari
for REPUBLICAN BUSINESS MAN OF THE YEAR.

Abdul Tawala Alistari, a.k.a. Michael Mixon,
was convicted on September 29, 2009 in the
United States District Court for terrorist banking, funding the Taliban if Afganistan for
equipment at a terrorist camp to the tune of
    $152,ooo.

He has many companies and organizations in the
United States. He is the CEO of GlobalProtector.Net, Inc, and CEO IDPixie Inc.
He uses the same P. O. Box for several groups
such as the Islamic Propagandation Centre International Inc, and Islamic Center of Queens,
Masjid Al-Fatima which is located at 5716 37th Avenue. That center is connected to Hizb ut-Tahrir.

Second Opinion: “World Wide Church Of God organization is the outcome of the decades of control and teaching by Herbert W. Armstrong, his self-proclaimed brand of Christianity and adherence to the doctrine of British Israelism. ”

“Herbert Armstrong’s radio and television program, The World Tomorrow, reached the largest audiences of their time and the official publication, The Plain Truth, reached 8 million subscribers.”

” The lush grounds of the church property, in a choice location in Pasadena, California, composed the church proper, the radio, television and printing ministry and Ambassador College and University which was subsidized by the massive amount of money received in donations as a result of the media ministry of Herbert W. Armstrong.”

“With the death of Herbert W. Armstrong in 1986, the organization that he founded began to fail, as it was held together only by his personality and media exposure. Donations fell and groups split off as they had done even in the good times. However, the church leadership began to realize and understand that what Herbert W. Armstrong had taught was not based on the Bible, and much of his doctrine was in error.”

Oh, Crap, the years and tons of that slick, never got to the point, ‘Christian Newsweek’ of the ‘Piped Piper of Pasadena’ ?????? Oh, Crap, and tons of my late father’s time and money.

My Dad, whom would declare, ‘__________ is the worst enemy this country has ever seen!’ —— and then a second politician a few minutes later, then a third and a four. Oh Crap!

When Dad passed on [DIED] the others wanted to throw the pounds of ‘The Plain Truth’ out in the trash. Believing in Freedom of Information and Freedom of the Press, I volunteered to donate them to the local library [in an ultra conservative, WASPish community of a conservative town of a conservative state of the union].

Even they just starred at me and then burst out laughing. They would not even take the free gift as potential ’sell off’ and the on going ‘Friends Of the Library’ table.

Being the stubborn cuss I am, I grabbed some thing to eat and came back after closing time. I left boxes and boxes of that unwanted Christain fantasy/ fiction at the back door.

I came back a couple of days later and [sure enuf] the mags were in the dumpster. This entire California AIP /IAP/ CP thing make SOME sense when you start to collect the back stories. Crap!

The new rules voted on by the American Independent Party State Central Committee will

For those that will be Delegates to the 2010

I was the 2008 Chairman of the American Independent Party Convention. We will have
    a Convention again this year.

I am making the suggestion that this years convention take place on July 3, 2010. The
date will be set later this year by the American
    Independent Party State Central Committee.

As to location, the California Election Code
tells the state central committee that it most
take place in Sacramento. It does note define
the limit of Sacramento within Election Code
section 7608(b). In the past (2006) Sacramento
County limits were used. However, Jim King
had a problem with that and went to court in 2008, because Nancy Spirkoff set the meeting
in or near the City of Rancho Cordova, Sacramento County. The next hearing on Jim
King’s current case of King vs. Robinson is set
for March 26, 2010, in the Superior Court
    of Solano County at Fairfield.

I would like to now get the views of people reading this post, viz., should I ask the host
county to find the best location in the county
for the convention or should we limit the
search to the city limit of Sacramento?

“Three Dates Don ” Grundmann claims he was
elected Vice Chairman at the State Central Committee in June, 2008 on three different
dates, viz., June 6, June 27, & June 29 in

However, the 2008 election to place in Sacramento, CA on July 6th. The American

the 13 January vote of the AIP State Central

but would not come on line), because if he has the power to wish himself a Vice Chairmanship

The status of legal state officers is subject to a lawsuit against Mark Robinson to expose his corruption in the process of claiming to be the AIP Chairman which he is not. It really doesn’t matter how much you, Mark Seidenberg, Mark Robinson, or any other of your supporters such as Don Lake protest. Not only am I a former Don Grundmann supporter [U. S. Senate 2004] and appreciate his previous pro abused veteran stances, but was [in principle, with limited information available] sympathetic with the Alan Keyes faction.

Corruption ????? Well the political position has evolved into a revolving door. More than one former SOS has resigned under a cloud.

Basically, I believe that the Democrats and the GOP are playing politics with non Democrats and non Republicans. A FORMER Secretary of State wiped out the ballot access of yet another minor party. Only a spontaneous response of wide spectrum activists, very few of them them with the targeted party, brought the partisans back to ballot access.

No matter whom is govenator, Wilson, Davis [successfully recalled], Der Ahnold, or whom is SOS, the minor parties are targeted! We are not paranoid; they are after us!

    To: Davi & Don Lake:

On January 26th, Jim King’s Brewtown lawyer wrote “CourtCall erroneously used the former
case number, which they had on file based on
some hearings conductged last summer related
to the old case”. This statment is out right disinformation.

The current case is Case # FCS034452 in the
Solano Superior Court entitled KING v. ROBINSON. The old case with a different number
was dismissed by Mr. King without CourtCall having any part of his legal problems last October.

What happened is Mr. King’s Brewtown lawyer
screwed-up again, like in 2008 in Sacramento
and 2009 in Fairfield, in January 2010 in Fairfield
(before Judge Willliam C. Harrison) and tried to
shift the blame to the CourtCall (the company that
uses telecom communication with the court).
Bottom line is Jim King’s lawyer would not admit
he errored in the set-up of CourtCall. So he created some far out cock & bull story to try to
keep Jim King in the dark.

The leaders of the AIP will not fall for this disinformation. Bottom line is “THREE DATES
DON” and the “MATA HARI” Rayna’s husband
will not get away with hijacking the AIP.

Mr. Rodrigues – Go right ahead with your rodent campaign. The real truth of the utter and total corruption of Robinson, Seidenberg, Noonan, and doubtless yourself since you endorse them is shown at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com. The AIP voters of the state will know that Robinson and Noonan are the 2 most corrupt candidates to campaign for not only the AIP but for any party in the entire history of the state. They will automatically reject not only their evil but any and all persons, such as yourself and the ultra corrupt Mark Seidenberg, who are associated with them and endorse and applaud that evil. The Light of Truth will shine on both you and under the rock that you have crawled out from under. Your entire rodent rat pack will be annihilated. It is only a matter of time.

    a letter from Don Grundmann,
    Friday, January 29, 2010:
    “Stoptheirs@aol.com”

    To: Donlake@ymail.com
Don Lake – On Jan. 22nd you publicly accused me of a crime. I write now to give you the opportunity to apologize. One of the principles of lawsuits involves ” reasonableness.” With this letter I am building a case that I will use to present to the Judge. I will say – ” Your Honor, Mr. Lake publicly accused me of a crime. At the time when he did such accusation, and even now to the date of this court hearing, he had 1) no evidence of the commission of any crime; 2) no evidence of my knowledge of the commission of any crime; and 3) no evidence of my connection to any crime even if it had been committed. Your Honor, as you can see from the evidence I asked Mr. Lake multiple times to withdraw his false and libelous allegations. I have made multiple good faith and reasonable efforts to allow Mr. Lake to correct the damage which he has intended to inflict upon me. Yet, as you can see your Honor, Mr. Lake to this day has never retracted his libelous and slanderous attacks upon me. His unprovoked attacks which were, and still are, based upon no evidence whatsoever of any kind, were designed to harm my personal and professional reputation. As the evidence additionally demonstrated Mr. Lake also additionally attempted to harm my professional reputation and livelihood by sending slanderous and libelous allegations against me to the Board Of Chiropractic Examiners of the State of California. Mr. Lake did such actions when – 1) he had never met me personally; 2) he had never been treated by me for a health condition; 3) he knew no one who had been treated by me for a health condition; and 4) he had no knowledge of any aspect of my professional practice whatsoever. Hence his slanderous and libelous allegations against me were, and still are, complete fabrications; i.e; lies. Therefore your Honor I ask that the appropriate requested damages against Mr. Lake; inclusive of the cost of legal and technical experts which have been needed by myself to appropriately pursue justice in this case; be granted since the overwhelming and undisputed evidence shows that Mr. Lake acted with extreme malice against me in his libelous and slanderous actions.

So, Mr. Lake – I will win. I will win because of just the truths that I have stated. You have falsely accused me. And you will pay for your libelous and slanderous actions.

But I don’t want to sue you. And I will not sue you if you apologize publicly by midnight of 1-31-10. After that the clock starts ticking and I begin to hire lawyers and the technical experts that I mentioned about. The longer until you apologize the higher the bill goes. And YOU will pay the bill. No court in the land will defend you when you attack me with NO evidence of any possible ” crime.” And I am giving you the opportunity – RIGHT NOW – to simply apologize. You apologize – publicly retract your false accusations and admit their falsity – and I do not sue you. Very simple. I am being ” reasonable.” I am producing the evidence, including this letter, that I gave you multiple chances to draw back but that despite such opportunities you insisted on continuing your libelous and slanderous actions against me based upon zero evidence of any wrongdoing. So if you continue you will have no one to blame but yourself.

On September 2, 2006, Jim King was the credential committee chairman to the 2006 Convention of the American Independent Party.
He seated his wife as a member of that convention. However, she was registered to vote as a Republican. On July 20, 2007, Don
Grundmann voted to remove Rayna Mike-King
(wife of Jim King) from the SCC.

Section 7555 of the California Election Code states: “Membership in the state convention shall not be granted to any party nominee unless he or she is registered as being a member of this party”.

What should be the AIP State Central Committee’s reaction

    Don Lake,

“THREE DATES DON” Grundmann, has posted
he was elected Vice-Chairman of the American
Independent Party on three different dates in
June, 2008. He claims the dates of his elections
    as June 6, 2008, June 27, 2008, and June 29, 2008.

Section 7641 of the California Election Code states: “The elective officers provided for in
the bylaws of this committee shall serve two-
    year term.”

I took office as Vice Chairman of the American
Independent Party on September 3, 2006 for
    a two-year term. I was re-elected for a second
two year term in 2008. This term will end on
    mid-night September 2-3, 2010.

The AIP has only one Vice Chairman.

In fact, Dr. Don Grundmann on September 3,
2006 voted for me as Vice Chairman and Ed
Noonan for Chairman. Mr. Noonan is running
now for the United States Senate from California.

    Wednesday, 2-03-10

Mr. Lake – I was intending to write you a 3rd letter before midnight of 1-31 in order to give you a 3rd, and last, opportunity to apologize and withdraw your accusations that I have committed a crime before I initiate a lawsuit to defend myself.

As I was busy with other matters I have not taken the time to write such letter until now. Hence I am extending my deadline for your response to a week from today such time being midnight of Wednesday, February 10th.

As before I am writing this letter not only to give you a opportunity to retract your slanderous and libelous allegations but, with the expectation that you will not do so, to build my legal case against you.

For, as before, I am being completely ” reasonable ” by giving you ample opportunity to retract your statements. As before I don’t want to sue you or hurt you but since you have deliberately slandered and libeled me I will not let such attacks go unchallenged and will hence defend myself from your false accusations and statements.

Any Judge and/or jury hearing this case will have this and other letters as documentation to demonstrate that I sincerely and on multiple occasions presented to you an opportunity to retract your slanderous and libelous allegations but that you instead chose not to do so.

You will have had ample opportunity to reverse your actions with your failure to do so being entirely due to your own malice against me in this situation.

Failure to receive your retraction of your accusations by the noted time will result in the initiation of a legal remedy against your libelous and slanderous actions.

The monetary damages which will be sought against you will be for the accumulating legal costs which ensue from the moment of initiation in addition to other appropriate legal monetary remedies.

You state “9 is the majority of the State Central Committee total of 17 that, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BYLAWS OF THE AIP, called for the June 2008 convention at which Jim King was
    elected Chairman.”

This is news to me. Are you now claiming that
Jim King was elected the chairperson at a Convention of the American Independent Party?
You must have a different set of by-laws than the
one issued by the AIP. How did you get such a
set of by-laws? My AIP By-Laws do not cover the Convention of the AIP.

Now to THREE DATES DON, what is the date and location that you claim the Convention elected you as the Vice-Chairman of the AIP?
In past posts you gave three dates, viz., June 6,
    2008; June 27, 2008, & June 29. 2008.

Please also note that I filed no “fake papers with
    the SOS office.”

It states in the Election Code section 7575 that
“The state convention shall be called to order
by the chairperson of the state central committee at 10 a.m. of the day designated for the convention.”

What was the “day designated for the convention.” in 2008? Please explain how you
can hold a convention when the Chairman Ed
Noonan did not call to order the convention?

    NEWS!

The January 5, 2010 figures are now posted by the SOS. First, the AIP registration is now up at
382,380 electors. The Libertarian Party is at
67,352. For the minor third parties that are not
quilified they are divided into two grouping, viz.,
those that were trying to get quilified, but failed
which total 24,109 of which the Reform Party
had 23,757 of that figure and those which made
no attempt to quilified which totaled 71,701. In
this later group falls electors that stated they were in the Constitution Party electors. The Hijackers think it would be easier to try to take
control of the AIP than to quilify the Constitution Party of California.

    Mr. Grundmann,

If you have to depend on God to settle a petty mortal dispute, you obviously do not understand the faith. Earthly politics are creations of men, not gods. In any case, I would encourage you to stop placing so much emphasis on trying to frighten people into compliance, as it appears to be a failing effort. It failed Nightingale during the SaveOurState years, and I doubt it is serving her campaign well. I believe it is blasphemous to commandeer the name of God in an attempt to coerce political ends. It seems a contradiction to use it as a political tool of the constitution party when the founders sought very hard to keep the same type of government that empowered the king of England with Kings word = gods word out of the new world. I don’t think Chelena gets the constitution, and I question whether she gets God. Personally I don’t care for mortals invoking God’s name in their pursuit of earthly powers.
