Cynthia McKinny announces the launch of DIGNITY

With a collective of black leaders and journalists, 2008 Green Party candidate Cynthia McKinney is launching a new organization called “Dignity” which is an attempt to awaken the black body politic. The organization is non-partisan, and is a response to the fact of US torture abroad, as well as the experience of black and brown people in the United States who have experienced being beaten, raped, sodomized and even murdered by “terroristic agents of the state.”
