Ballot Access News has published a list of pending lawsuits in which alternative party or independent candidates are challenging the state ballot access laws.

    I hope Ruth Bennet wins her case with the Washington with trying to prevent them from instituting a “top two” system of candidates on the ballot

    I find it interesting that there is more ballot democracy today in the defated Axis Powers of World War II than in the USA.

    I find it discouraging that there are still American troops in the defeated Axis powers. After 64 years, bring the troops home!

    But we can’t bring the troops home. They are needed to make sure our subjects will obey us.
