I know the Iraqi legislature has repealed numerous CPA rules in the past year or two. Shouldn't the Green Party be urging the Iraqi government to handle this issue instead of President Obama? Maybe I'm completely off-base here, but it just seems more logical for Iraqis to continue the trend of rejecting former CPA policies now that they have a sovereign legislature.
