Fox is trying to recast the image of the Republican Party as a party of fiscal responsibility.

Fox started caring about fiscal responsibility once Bush was out of office and it wasn't the military running up the debt.

The thing is, I'll take these guys over the Republicans and Democrats any day. Most third parties agree on what the problems we face are. We differ greatly on the solutions (and, in my opinion, the LP offers the only sustainable viable solution) to them ought to be. The R/D cabal, on the other hand, doesn't even have any desire to even consider addressing the real issues which we're talking about.

The problem with the socialist parties out there - and this includes the Greens - is that they think government can fix problems when government IS the problem. The most important thing to remember is that no matter what, humans are going to be making the decisions and doing the work. Whether they're government humans or non-government humans, they're still the same old humans. Giving humans the level of fiat authority that government mandates is simply dangerous.
