Jeff,

I don’t really live in any one place.

I live on the road and go where my work takes me.

When I’m not on the road, I live where I have people willing to let me sleep on their floor, feed me, and let me store some of my stuff there for free when I get back out on the road. That happens to be Alabama.

For the last decade, I have been on the road a lot more than off, and I plan to keep it that way.

Steve, the one time I did it was a HS government class, and I gave them the drill-down on the legislative process and what really goes on in the sausage grinder under the abstract hood they see in the textbook. I used that to illustrate just how screwed up the system is.

You really have to either have an open lecture or tailor it to the class in question and where they are in their syllabus.

I would definitely invite Barry Cooper to go to school with you, and have him bring his daughter Kelsie with him.

Cooper is the 2010 LP TX candidate for Attorney General, and his presence in front of cameras and crowds will work wonders.

Does anybody have an outline, a how to of talking to high school classes?

I’ve recently been asked to speak at two high schools, one for four classes.

I’ve never done a “prepared” class presentation, to last an entire period (approx 43 min.).
