I can assure you that Ron Paul IS NOT a write in candidate in California.

I was involved in the process of getting Chuck Baldwin on the California certified write in list.

The Secretary of State requires a declaration of candidacy SIGNED by the candidate, in addition to 55 notarized and jurated electoral college nominees.

So unless Ron Paul signed a declaration, then he is not a write in candidate.

The deadline for paperwork was October 21st.

[a] well there is a Constitution Party nationally, but it is sixth or seventh in size after losing California (‘s American Independent Party), Texas and an other entity. I am aware of may be a half dozen state groups that are also considering disenfranchisement.

[b] speaking of former USAF Sgt Bill Lussenheide’s California Constitution Party it does not exist and has never existed. It is a non existent entity.

[c] *personal experience* William does not apologize (to me any ways) for the CP Veterans Group having next to nothing to do with the plight of former military.
