For its January 2009 filing, the LNC began to dig out of its financial hole. They started the month with $3178 cash on hand, had total receipts of $104,349, had total disbursements of $84,591, and ended the month with $22,936 cash on hand and $41,423 debts and obligations owed by the Committee.
