There is also legal action being prepared to challenge the section of the Pennsylvania election code used to levy this taxation of candidates that includes the Green, Libertarian, and Constitution Parties.

So far this legislative session there have been two bills introduced in the Pennsylvania General Assembly that address ballot access. There are still staunch opponents to change, however.

This problem would disappear if we swept out all dems & reps over 4 years>2012. But nobody seems interested in trying.

As an interesting note, this story is here but NOT on the Green Party watch site.

As an aside, there is no dissent allowed on the Green Party watch site.

Sorry folks but the GP is dying. Some of us tried to warn you all.

    C’est la vie

Best of luck to Carl Romanelli in overcoming the malfeasance of the Democrats.

Mr. Cavlan, dissent is allowed on Green Party Watch. Trolling is not.
