To readers of this thread – comments # 429 and 430 above are written by Mark Seidenberg under his typical usage of a fake name or even a non-name.

In regard to 429 – This is a total lie. Chelene Nightingale has ” bilked ” no one and has committed no crime of any sort. It is Seidenberg himself who has engaged in criminal activity by deliberately conspiring to file fake documents with the California Secretary of State office for the purpose of committing Grand Theft Fraud. His criminality is documented at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com.

In regard to comment 430 – This is a perfect illustration of the total depravity of the Robinson criminal gang of which Seidenberg is the ” moneybags ” connection to the handlers and controllers of the gang inclusive of the ADL and the SPLC. Only the sickest psychotic could or, especially, would write such utterly sick trash. Yet it is the perfect window into the soiciopathic mind of both Seidenberg and the criminal gang in its entirety. Words cannot express how completely sick and revolting Mark Seidenberg is. He shows it himself in his utter, complete, and total depravity. This is only a small part of his continuing attacks upon Chelene and this is not the first time, but rather part of an entire series, where he has expressed his depravity so clearly. This was found online Chelene Nightingale for governor 2010/Legal Defense Fund. This is how she registered her campaign donations with the SEC. She can now use the donations she bilks from senior citizens to pay her debts from lawsuits that were filed against her for non payment of loans. This is pure and simple fraud. Mr. Bolten – Certainly you pose legitimate questions. I would present that principles are extremely important and indeed are the ” trump card.” While she has not held an elective office I feel that her principles are her primary asset as it is these which will provide guidance for the policy decisions which she will make. Our state is in such dire straits that I give Chelene equal credibility for having not been elected to office as for anyone who has been elected. Hence I say that her principles automatically make her far superior to Jerry Brown, a candidate who has been elected many times, and to Meg Whitman, a candidate who has never been elected. She is beholden to no special interest of any type and will not, and cannot be, bought and paid for as countless standard politicians have been. The peripheral proof of her value lies in the attacks upon her by Don Lake above and especially by the people he mentions in his screed – ” Two Marks and an Ed.” These persons are, as I document at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com., involved in an extremely large criminal enterprise; far greater in magnitude than what appears on the surface. They oppose Chelene because she is a threat to the continuance of their criminality and they recognize on their own small scale ( yet large for other reasons ) that as a woman of integrity and honor they must attack her or their criminal organization can and will be destroyed. No other political figure instills such fear in them and this is a measure of what Chelene will bring to the office of Governor – a totally unique virtue, honesty, and integrity which will revolutionize the office and our state by actually confronting such corruption as represented by these individuals and magnified through the whole state. Thanks for your time Mr. Grundmann, I don’t read much of any type of leadership roles Ms. Nightingale has held, has she ever held an elected office? I am concerned because we had Arnold in office and he did not do very much, and he had lots of money and backers. How do you think a relative unknown person with a light resume would do better for Ca. I Just lost my job, and I am not sure someone that is a homeschooling mother, would be able to get things done in a legislature that has dems and reps, and many toehr types with a lot of experience. I think its noble of her to run, but I am not sure of the wisdom. thanks for listening

Mr. Bolten – I am unaware when the process of bankruptcy developed relative to the timeline of Chelene’s campaign. Many people have experienced bankruptcy, especially during our difficult economic times. Hence to experience it is, unfortunately, quite common. Such experience is no disqualification for the seeking of elective office. I would far rather have Chelene Nightingale with her wonderful principles and continuing fighting spirit for the people of our state and nation than the flip-flopping lighter-than-air principles of Meg Whitman or Jerry Brown with their personal wealth of millions. In point of fact the AIP has experienced 2 candidates in the latest primary who, in my opinion, were actually outright criminals and performed criminal actions. These individuals, Mark Robinson and Ed Noonan, deliberately filed fake documents with the office of the Secretary of State of California; an actual criminal action, of fraud, as compared to the non-criminal event of filing for bankruptcy. Hence the AIP Senate candidate of the moment, Ed Noonan, has performed actions involved in criminal grand theft fraud by filing false documents with the SOS office. Such criminal activities are indeed fodder for the press to expose, though they indeed have ( to this moment ) been unfortunately ” swept under the rug,” while in contrast Chelene has done nothing criminal of any fashion and has simply sought economic relief in a lawful process which occurs everyday in legal venues throughout our nation. I urge you to more fully investigate Chelene and her principles. I believe that you will find her to be an outstanding candidate of great courage, integrity, and honor.
