At least the Greens are showing some balls.

Paulie, your name shows up on the frontpage, no need to write who it was posted by.

A lot of people find articles other than through the front page (IE, link or google search) , and the author name does not show up, so I’d like to go back through my posts and add it. I was starting on this and then started feeling really sick again.

If we can fix it some other way, that would obviously be better, but it’s one of the biggest problems right now.

Also, the blog roll is all screwed up and on both sides of the page, and the little text blurb you put up with contact.ipr disappeared.

    Paulie,

Feel free to list your name at the bottom or something. But linking your blog at the top of every blog post is a bit much.

I would prefer if we could have post author name appear automatically when people get to post other than through the front page, IE through google or links from other sites.

I know we can do this with other wordpress themes, but they have other disadvantages. For example the theme at NFV does not number the replies, and the links don’t stand out well enough.

PDSA offered to help on the tech end, and maybe some other people can?

    paulie,

I’v got a tech guy trying to solve the problem without totally changing the website. Hopefully we’ll have an answer soon.

“I know how to modify wordpress fairy well. I know php, C, python, ruby, vb, mysql, photoshop, html, css.”

Maybe, but I trust you about as far as I can throw an elephant.
