Actually,1 in PA and 1 in NJ too.”
Who are the ones in Pennsylvania and New Jersey?
“I do fully expect Tom McClintock to be one of the top 10 most liberty-loving congressman, I hope he’ll surprise me and give Dr. Paul and John Duncan a run for their money.”
Somebody correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t Tom McClintok endorse Fred Thompson for President and did not support Ron Paul?
Actually,1 in PA and 1 in NJ too.
Also, there is at least 1 in Idaho.
I know…I was quite upset about that.
I was also upset that Tom Brinkman, in Ohio, didnt win his primary for OH-2. He would’ve been the third Ron Paulian.

Would have had another if Toby Nixon had managed to get reelected. 🙁
Everyone’s definition of libertarian differs, but for a Ron Paulian Minarchist, who is insistent on a certain level of radicalism–this means that we have about one dozen state legislators—about 5-6 of which are in Montana alone. Another 4 in NH. 1 in Missouri, 2 in Oklahoma, 1 in Arizona.
Thats 12-14 or so.
Great news. This is also a good example of why it’s worthwhile to fight on both fronts–inside and outside the major parties. At least, on the state and local level it can yield real results.
If they were running against Democrats who wanted bigger government, the Catholic Trotskyist Party could have endorsed these big-government tax-and-spend liberal opponents. Sadly, we were not able to organize an affiliate in New Hampshire to help with this work.
Fascinating. If they were each for smaller government, they could have been endorsed by Boston Tea Party. Sadly, we were not able to organise a state affiliate in NH to help us with that work.
3 Republicans, 1 Democrat.
