Wow. Whatever became of "Commitment"?

I understand that everything changes. Our health. Our families. Our jobs. These can be largely out of our control.

But when we elect people to serve and represent us, to cut through the "bullshit masquerading as policy", to make the Libertarian Party at least a little libertarian.

Then at the first minor controversy, there is no fight. Just flight.

Well, at least they made it a quarter of the way through their "commitment" before they ran off. I suppose that is something.

It makes you wonder which is worse, the purveyors of the bullshit, or your own allies.

And I apologize if the changing circumstance is the family or health or job situation of the representative(s).

I understand Squyres resignation has to do with personal/family issues of some sort. I've heard one rumor but I believe I was asked not to pass it along.

I suspect for the same reason George did -- he (they both?) finally got sick of the bullshit masquerading as "policy decisions" ... and the current regime itself!

I served on the board with George, and know Hardy at least slightly (both directly and thru friends). Neither of them was likely to be a party to the recent purge-efforts, or much of the other crap now continuing ...
