Wisconsin’s Baraboo News-Republic reports, “Former Libertarian Party U.S. Congress candidate Kevin J. Barrett asserted his innocence Wednesday in the face of allegations he swatted one of his children as he confronted the next step in his legal cases in Sauk County Circuit Court.” Barrett attorney Greg Sacra “said after receiving an offer from the county prosecutor they were not prepared to settle the case.” Sacra said his client was pleading not guilty. Barrett and Sacra “said they had no comment as they left the courtroom a few minutes after their hearing began. As is routine court procedure, no trial date has been set pending pre-trial arguments by the parties.”

Gah. Another Truther with legal problems. The Modern Whig Party is right for trying to keep their party free of fringe candidates.

Dr. Barrett has moved back home with his wife and two kids, now that the election is over.

That’s bad news for the nazi cops.

Dr. Barrett is innocent and will be hailed as hero who beat a corrupt system.
