Posted at ballot Access News On November 14, Chicot County, Arkansas recounted the votes for Assessor, a partisan race. The Green Party candidate lost by 30 votes. Apparently the recount showed the Democrat with 2,242 votes and the Green with 2,212 votes, or very similar numbers.
