Barr winning 0.7% of Guam vote

Early lead for Ron Paul in non-duopoly votes

According to the AP, Congressman Ron Paul has recieved two write-in votes in Hart’s Location, New Hampshire, the first non-major party returns of the day available. With Dixville Notch and Hart’s Location having completed voting, Paul currently stands at 4% of the popular vote.
