According to an email from the Baldwin campaign,
The City Club of Cleveland debate, moderated by Dan Moulthrop of Cleveland’s PBS radio and television stations, will be streamed live by ideastream (http://www.wviz.org/).
CSPAN will tape the debate for later showing, and it will also be live on public access cable in Cleveland.
IPR’s previous coverage of this event is here and here.
We will also be liveblogging it (watch for a future post).

Absolutely!!!
Oops, they cut out most of the bit I was talking about. Mostly about getting credit for stuff you’re supposed to do.
Starting at about 2:30 mark.
True, it reminds on the Chris Rock bit about “n***ers.”

I give him high marks for at least finally agreeing to debate.
Sorry Paulie, I must disagree about giving “high marks”. Debating is a necessary, but not sufficient strategy for a successful campaign. Debating is a no brainer, so giving “low marks” for NOT debating is appropriate, but “high marks” FOR debating . . . no. Debating isn’t an option, it’s a requirement. I cannot give “high marks” for doing the necessary things.

In other news, IE 7 still can’t handle votetruth08.com
I’m going to make it an IPR rumor mill article, but if anyone objects to me jumping the gun, I’ll take it down.
Funny how in Barr’s web site it says: Barr to debate Nader with no mention of Baldwin.. How disgusting is that? That tell you a lot of this man.

Cynthia will not attend this Presidential debate. It was clear to me since April 2008 that she would never participate in a debate. The video showing her recent support for Obama came as no surprise.
More to come tomorrow.

But she did agree to the debate that Lyman was going to have; it was the other candidates who pulled out, leaving her by herself. Can you provide more detail on how that squares with her rejecting all debates months ago?
Additionally, she told me in June, in front of lots of people and cameras, that she would be happy to debate any candidate on enough state ballots to win, and perhaps even those who aren’t.
I really don’t understand the Green ticket. Why turn down free publicity? I know the same can be said for Barr but he at least was getting some media and has finally decided to participate. It just makes no sense to me.
In other bad news for the McKinney campaign, votetruth08.com apparently got hacked. It was a blank white page all day, and now is making both firefox 3 and IE7 crash.

will also livestream as well.
Look on the bright side, at least he’s agreed to do it.
On the other hand, what about McKinney?
If McKinney and Clemente don’t make this and the Nov. 2 VP debate in Vegas, they should be ashamed of themselves, and Greens should be ashamed of them.
Particularly stupid strategically, since they are in last or next to last place by various measures among those invited.
I forgot to say: too little, too late Bob-o!
