Former presidential candidate Mike Gravel will be hosting a book signing on Saturday at Taylor Books in Charleston, West Virginia, from 2 to 4 pm. Afterward, he will host a fundraiser for former Green Party presidential candidate and current Mountain Party gubernatorial candidate Jesse Johnson. Gravel had previously endorsed Johnson’s run for president.

Gravel also had a weird article in Counterpunch that I didn’t really think was post-worthy. It was about Sarah Palin… I think maybe he was just impressed that someone from Alaska was picked, because it was a truly strange piece.

It’ll be funnier when Gravel next endorses him for congress and then state congress and then mayor and then when all that fails, something non partisan like city water resources planner.

No.
Nader’s endorsed the National Initiative, though, which means that his views are closest to Gravel’s.
