Davis is probably correct, since thus far not even one LNC member has formally agreed to introduce the motion for removal for consideration.

1. Davis is making a prediction. Would it be responsible for him to say “Bob Barr will get 1.1 million votes,” even if on November 5, that turns out to be true?

2. Davis is not telling the truth when he says “there’s no truth” to the “claims” in that article (itself based in part on IPR’s reporting).

There is every truth that there is a motion. Given that it was written late last week, it is not surprising that it will need a few days to be submitted, if there turns out to be support. It is inapparent that the LNC is readily able to make decisions at this point.

Thus, for example, the alleged LNC lawsuit in New Hampshire does not have LNC, Inc as a Plaintiff.

Coming soon Los AngelaGate, in which we see if the LNC actually will carry out the threat to expel Angela Keaton from the LNC , a threat on which they wasted a fair piece of their only meeting between leaving the convention and the election.

Nor should he be removed. It’s too late in most circumstances and would lead to utter chaos. The LP has made its bed, now it must lie in it.

The motion to censure Barr appears to lack enough votes to pass as well.
