Libertarian candidate for North Carolina Lt. Gov. participates in debate

Last Wednesday, Libertarian Phillip Rhodes debated his Republican and Democratic opponents on public television. Ignoring the irony, this is a great achievement for Mr. Rhodes. The video can be watched here.
