I think if Barr (Bob, nor Roseanne!), had turned out to be more of threat, the GOP would have ramped up the "legal" efforts to get him off ballots. I also suspect the Democrats are now regretting not going after nader and McKinney. I think the Dems were so convincedd they had a landlside in their fa=vor in the offing that they decided it wasn't as importnat this time to suppress ballot choices. If the race stays tight, they'll regret it! But Naer and McKinney on the ballot leaves them room to do a Donna Brazil and blame Nader and McKinney for their sorry excuse for a campaign. He could not believe that his friends and his party, etc., were pretending like Bush actually won the election when it was so clear that Gore won.
