Mike Gravel to host book signing and fundraiser for West Virginian Mounty Party gubernatorial candidate

Former presidential candidate Mike Gravel will be hosting a book signing on Saturday at Taylor Books in Charleston, West Virginia, from 2 to 4 pm. Afterward, he will host a fundraiser for former Green Party presidential candidate and current Mountain Party gubernatorial candidate Jesse Johnson. Gravel had previously endorsed Johnson’s run for president.

Paul-Goldwater paperwork submitted in Louisiana

Trent Hill reports that the Taxpayers Party submitted paperwork to the Lousiana Secretary of State to nominate Ron Paul for president and Barry Goldwater, Jr. for vice president. Goldwater, Jr. accepted the nomination, and it is assumed that Paul will not reject it, based on his passive acceptance of a theoretical VP nomination in Virginia. [...]
