In an email sent to campaign supporters the Cynthia McKinney/Rosa Clemente ticket thanked SKCM Curry for her volunteer efforts. In the email campaign Press Secretary John Judge wrote
The Power to the People Committee of the McKinney/Clemente Green Party presidential campaign announces that SKCM Curry will be leaving as our temporary Campaign Manager. The change is effective immediately, and the Committee sends its appreciation to the efforts of our volunteer, SKCM Curry.
The email then went on to say that Judge, David Josue and Lucy Grider-Bradley were each taking on particular responsibilities in the areas of press relations, scheduling and FEC compliance.
When reached by Independent Political Report Judge had little to add to the email. He reiterated thanks to Curry for her efforts and indicated that more volunteers would be needed as November draws ever closer.

So there is no single campaign manager to oversee operations? That seems unwise — who decides if the three campaign leaders disagree?

If I had to guess, Peter, I’d say: McKinney decides.

That would be my guess too.

I suppose in a small campaign that could work out ok, but I think it’s a bad idea. The candidates should focus on getting votes, and there should be a head of staff to coordinate and decide on the internal stuff.

Actually, SKCM Curry. Duh me.

Well, Barr has people leading his staff, and see what happened with him. It’s not that you have someone leading, it’s who’s leading.
This Russ Verney (is that his name?) doesn’t seem to know much about campaigning without millions of dollars.

With or without, you mean. Ref: Reform Party.

Well, he was working under Perot, who had those millions.

My point exactly.
Seeing Verney’s history in the Reform Party should not have inspired confidence.
Do some research on his history there.
