Green ticket, Sheehan join Denver protests

According to create68 (link now dead), Green presidential nominee Cynthia McKinney was one of the speakers at a Sunday rally in Denver calling on the U.S. to “end all illegal imperialist occupations in Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan, Puerto Rico, Haiti, Hawaii, North America, and others.” Green vice presidential nominee Rosa Clemente and independent California Eighth District U.S. House hopeful Cindy Sheehan are also scheduled to take part in protests during this week’s Democratic National Convention in that city.

End the American Empire! It would be good for the Colonies [Guam, PR, Virgin Islands, Samoa….] and it would be good for the contiguous 48 states!

Agh! She’s wearing a Truther shirt.

I used to give her the benefit of the doubt about that, but more and more she’s more openly affiliating with fringe conspiracy groups and people like 9/11 Truthers…

Fox news is retarded. Then again, McKinney and those kids running around with masks and puppets just make sensible people opposed to the mainstream problems look bad.

It didn’t look like he was pissed to me. He seemed to be enjoying himself.

Did any of you see the one FOX reporter that ran headfirst into the parade and got pissed off when they didn’t stop to talk with him?
Old friend of mine summed it up nicely: “allow me to play the worlds smallest violin for the FOX news reporter that got bumped into while walking upstream into a parade”
