Wyoming’s Rapid City Journal reports that all six candidates in the race for Wyoming’s open at-large U.S. House seat took part in a debate on energy policy Thursday. There are four Republicans and one Democrat in the race, as well as Libertarian W. David Herbert, who “said rising energy prices are linked to the weak dollar and the U.S. needs to return to the gold standard and balance the budget.”
