This much is clear: This is a bogus announcement. The Secretary of State wont allow it becuase Noonan is clearly acting alone. The state convention took place this weekend and voted to remain affilliated with the CP. Im still gathering details--but i&#039;ll give an expansive report tonight.</description>

The Independence Party has recently launched as a national party.
